Best dentist I've been to! Friendly staff, nice office, and they have a minimalist approach to work, IE they won't recommend expensive, invasive procedures that are unnecessary. Hardly ever had a bad experience here.

Excellent service, very professional, great customer service, communication with Brandon is above and beyond, and great taste in music. Dr. Maclness explained and check how I was doing throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. Great spot, nice views and easy parking.

Honest, from my experience.

Fantastic dentists office. They work with most insurance companies and do a fantastic job. Every single employee there is kind and extremely professional. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family living in the area, and would recommend them to anyone who reads this post.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and honestly this is the only dentist I’ll ever want to go to. Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they do an amazing job. They genuinely care about you and your well-being and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

Very easy to make appointments and when you arrive they great you warmly and quickly get you to your seat for your procedure. They are very detailed orientated and spend the time to explain things. Both my wife and I have been going here and have love working with Dr MacInnes and his staff.

I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years and was very apprehensive about this appointment. I am very pleased and relieved with the high level of care and service from both my dentist Dr MacInnes and all of the assistants who assisted! They were very focused on making sure I was very comfortable and comforted. They were very successful. Everyone was extremely informative and helpful! Also, I was happy to know gums and teeth were healthy (no deep cleaning needed) apart from some build up on base of bottom teeth and some cavities in molars. As I was preparing myself mentally for a future appointment to have them filled, they were able tackle a few of them right then and there which I am the kind of person who wants to just get it done with, so really appreciated it! Btw, he did a wonderful job with the filling. He had to clear out a lot of tooth on 2 molars. My fillings look like my real molars, minus the cavities of course. Got a toothache the previous night and they were able to make time accommodate me just the next day when I called in for help. They take care of me, but definitely not pushing me to get things done. I have been seeing Dr. MacInnes since I was a kid, and I cannot give enough praise in just a review but him and his staff are exceptional! I am terrified of going to the dentist, for multiple reasons, it's uncomfortable and it's expensive! When I got in a car accident and broke my front teeth he came in late at night and made it possible for me to feel comfortable going to school the next day, i had prom coming up in a week and his staff worked very hard to get my teeth fixed before then. The kind of care that this doctor and his staff show for his patients is incredible. I have never met any other doctor or dentist with his level of care for patients. I refer everybody I know to his practice. They are always willing to work with schedules and they make it such a comfortable experience! I would also like to give a shout out to Ellie (I think that's how her name is spelled) she does a little bit of everything there and she has always gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable when getting any dental procedure done. When I started paying my own dental bills I would stress so hard about the amount because I do not have good teeth, always need a lot done, and I'm a college student. Michael MacInnes and his staff went beyond expectations when I needed to be seen for an emergency tooth issue. Very knowledgeable staff and does a great job with your teeth. Dr. MacInnes is a compassionate dentist with your health his first priority and his bottom line a distant second. My previous two dentists both suggested replacing a crown only 2 years after placement. Only Dr. MacInnes said it wasn't placed perfectly, but was sufficient and we could watch it. We have been watching it for over 2 years now and it's doing fine. He easily could have suggested replacement as well and cashed in, but he put me first and gained my trust.
