Dear Sir, I visited your Ada practice in late July. Your staff was very cordial, but not thorough. I was a new patient but did not receive an exam. I was asked if I had any concerns, and they were addressed. I was very disappointed and now worried after realizing that I could very well have something not seen without an exam. I had my records transferred before my appointment so they could be reviewed, and my history of skin cancers noted. They were not. Your practice was recommended to me. But I sadly will not be a recommendation for you. I have lost confidence in your practice. I do have something that needs to be addressed, but I will have to seek another provider. I am writing in hopes that if this is your office policy for new patients, you will contemplate changing it. I would like to have a copy of my charges to see if medicare was charged for a new patient exam before I seek care elsewhere. I tell you all of this because I did not see you personally. Very caring doctor and very experienced. The best dermatologist I have been to in years.

You herded in & out like cattle horrible bed side manner. The issue I had I paid over $1000 for them to fix IT WASNT FIXED AT ALL, with in a month I was having the same issue again. The only thing I could say the nurses were really nice however Doctors were very rude I will not ever go to the Ardmore Skin Clinic again EVER!!

Great staff and they show great concern for their patients. Very professional and knowledgeable

They do everything so personal, treat you like family!

Very friendly --made me feel welcome-- invited me as a walkin if a need. Lab result in less than a couple hours. Made me feel that I was in good care.
