Dr. Miller is a Godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I have referred Dr. Miller to several of my friends and he is now their physician and they are just as happy as I am. Dr. Miller is a Godsend. He’s a very kind and patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I have referred Dr. Miller to several of my friends and he is now their physician and they are just as happy as I am. I switched over to Dr miller from Dr hellman, and words cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am. I have kidney disease (pkd) which causes me chronic pain and frequent infections of my cysts inside my kidneys which causes extreme pain, I’ve had multiple hospitalizations in my Chart and I have a pain plan made my pain management doctor (they don’t prescribe they make recommendations!) he refuses to prescribe me my medication. That prevents me from having 2 week hospital stays. He doesn’t get back to you in a timely matter, and he has a horrible attitude. I honest to god am not sure why he is still in practice here, it took me four days to get a phone call to him asking for a refill, during the WEEKDAYS! He has not read my chart, he does not care about his patients wellbeing and it’s highly upsetting. I now will be having to find a new doctor, which is always a fun time. Dr. Miller is a fine physician. He genuinely cares about his patients, listens and is very thorough. I've had many a Dr. in my life but he is #1 in my book.

If you need an Excellent & Reliable Primary Care Dr. this is the man to see. He truly cares for his patients!

My experience is slightly different. Most visits are with the MD. He keeps pushing metformin and anti-depressants even though metformin is contraindicated for those with chronic kidney disease and after 25 plus years of anti- depressant use and counseling, which did nothing but add weight and make my situational depression worse. The MD has not attempted to empathize nor actually listen to what you are saying to them. There is no bonding with someone that sees you only as a cash cow. They are condescending and you actually either feel worse leaving the office or PO'd after being told you want to continue to feel ill, with the personal snide remarks. Most actual illnesses severe enough for one to make an appointment to go to the doctor are dismissed as viral and you are sent home to wait it out or return if you are not better in a few days. I refuse to see NP B. Evans as she is worse than the MD. I am searching for a replacement MD asap, or Urgent Care may end up being my go to place as they actually listen and treat you. Highly recommend Urgent Care Now on Barrett Dr. in Webster, as they have onsite X-ray if needed. And you are treated like a person that matters instead of a source for revenue. Have been seeing Dr. Miller for years, along with the Nurse Practitioners. The staff are always attentive to my needs and issues.

Could never get in to see the doctor here

I went and seen the nurse practitioner there Brenda Evans and she asked me my sexual orientation and then went on to tell me how basically it's wrong to be gay then on top of that they have my medical chart mixed up and wrong and just cut me off of my bi polar medication and wouldn't give me any unless I seen a phyciatrist which at the time I had no transportation and they still wouldn't give me any and you don't just cut someone off of a phycptropic drug so basically they suck and the nurse wasent a very nice women either I went and seen the nurse practitioner there Brenda Evans and she asked me my sexual orientation and then went on to tell me how basically it's wrong to be gay then on top of that they have my medical chart mixed up and wrong and just cut … More

Screw this place. I never really Dealt with the doctor mostly just the nurse practitioners. But I have been going here for years saying I was depressed and they just shrugged me off. I have also been going here for years saying my shoulder was hurting really bad. They just put me on meds and did X-rays and eventually just started to not really look into helping me with it. Went to a new doctor today was diagnosed with depression surprise surprise and found out the shoulder pain I was having was from a herniated disc in my spine that you could feel. 5 years I was complaining about my shoulder and these guys missed that.
