availability and staff are good, friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Moore however was a bit dismissive, didn't ask about my pain, how much pain I was in, or any other questions really. Didn't even look at my xrays before diagnosing me. He dismissed my history of previous injuries and decided that it had no role in me pain. I had to insist on him doing more and even then he decided MRIs and additional screenings weren't worth while. told me to let him know in a few months if I felt better. So the past 4 months of me being unable to get up or walk normal isn't enough?

The staff at Dr. Moore's office are rude and not helpful. Michelle, the office manager does NOTHING to help a patient. We went for every test and X-ray and MRI and now are being told to find our own pain management office. I wish I could give less than one star!!!!

Dr Moore and staff are friendly and professionals. Staff, especially Debbie, arranged everything so that we don't have to worry for a surgical procedure to fix my knee. Dr. Moore was great and on my way to recovery!

I was able to get a same day emergency appointment for my daughter. Dr. Moore was very thorough and his staff was very caring and compassionate. They put a worried mom's mind at ease, so very grateful! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Moore is very professional and approachable. I have been a patient for over 10 years. He helped me with my back problems and is now helping with my knees. I highly recommend him .

Very unprofessional. Doctor never asked where pain was or when symptoms started, seemed distracted during visit and didn't address all medical issues. Would not recommend this doctor.

Staff is great. Nothing wrong with practice. Dr. seems to be quick without really doing much. Doesn't ask you were it hurts, why it hurts, what I was doing, etc...Just says "seems like nothing." Meanwhile, I had to coax him to get testing done. Overall, not too impressed but than again, maybe it is nothing?

Totally unprofessional staff that follows the lead of the physician. Sent me for test and then doesn't have the manners to inform patients that the office only has half day hours certain days of the week, leaving me without any options. My mechanic provides better service than this practice - steer clear at all costs.

I had seen this doctor for a knee injury. I was told that I had a meniscal tear that would likely heal with physical therapy after having an MRI. After 3 months of PT with little improvement, I returned for a recheck and found out that I had also torn my ACL and MCL and fractured my tibia. I was referred to a different doctor for surgery. Because of the 3 months of walking on the injury, I know have arthritis and have chronic pain and am unable to go up stairs, squat, or kneel normally.
