First of all, I don't blame the doctor but well after covid started, now it's June 2021 and the office door is locked while they are open and they are not responding to my phone calls even after a two day delay which they claim is necessary because of covid on their recording. I don't know of anyone else who is doing that. To me it's a waste dealing with these people. Dr. Nepolitano became my Family Dr. after my previous one retired. He always listens well and explains/answers any questions. More like him are needed.

Doc Napolitano is the best doctor ever. My family physician for 30+ years. Straightforward and thorough. He stays on top of all the latest medical developments. Has a conversation with you and listens to your concerns. Never dismisses patient input. He is a huge advocate for your wellness.

Showed up 10 mins late due to construction work and not actually having a working car ourselves(also no phone to call on our way to say we would be late) and they refused to see us.... 10 freakin minutes! So your telling me the person who has taken in our place we cant be seen in theirs? It's a 5 min appt not even and they couldnt help us squeeze in... so we wasted a friends gas to get there and now have to do it all over again because they wouldnt help!! Just horrible service! Dr. Napolitano has been seeing my family for over 5 years now, he is kind, very knowledgeable, and unlike some other MD's I've met wants to find the root of the problem not just cover symptoms up with prescriptions.

Dr Napolitano has been my family physician for many years. Kind and caring Doctor,who takes the time to find out what works best. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, thoughtful and takes time with you. Very open to not only using pharmaceuticals but also homeopathic and other alternative medicine and methods.

Dr. Napolitano is an excellent physician and I trust him with my health and well being. As a functional medicine MD, he not only brings his medical background into play but also incorporates your genetic makeup to assist with better metabolization of foods and medicines that you ingest. With his help, I am making strides to improve my health and well being. I am very lucky and happy to have found him. He it GREAT!!!!

He is a caring and intelligent doctor. I trust his works and his opinions. He is just an incredible doctor.
