SO great and fast! I was in and out in 35 minutes and they were so knowledgable compares to general physicians at immediate care.

Outstanding ankle doctor!

Dr. Nute is a nice and kind person, always trying to help with patient needs. All staff is also very nice, friendly and helpful.

I came to Comp Ortho to have my right ankle looked at. I thought it was gout and may be a severe sprain. It turns out it was a tear in my tendon. Dr. Knute looked at it, explain the situation and said I’m gonna need surgery and so eventually we ended up doing that, I’m glad I did. I haven’t had any pain since the surgery. It’s been amazing! I’m sure there are other doctors that are as good as Dr. knew but no one’s better. He’s been professional the whole time. The surgery itself went so unbelievably fast I found myself trying to catch up to what I needed to do for recovery and physical therapy. As far as I’m concerned, comprehensive orthopedics, Dr. Knute and the surgery center all get a five star rating from me. They’re top shelf and excellent at what they do. I decided to just go along with whatever they said, and I’m in a better position now because of it. I would absolutely, with out reservation recommend them!! I would also like to say that the entire support staff at comp Ortho and the surgery center were awesome!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Nute, the office staff and the staff and facility at Wisconsin Specialty. I have worked in many OR’s and several surgery centers in the past 30+ years and I can recognize quality, professionalism, and competence a mile away. Dr. Nute and his staff took the time to explain vital information with clarity and confidence. Thank you! for taking care of our son. ????????????????????????????????????????

Dr. Nute has basically reconstructed my ankle. The scar is beautifull, ankle is healing well and after 2.5 months I am now able to put weight on it and walk in a boot!

I was referred to Dr Nute from my wife. I had been injured at work and needed a second opinion. Dr. Nute found a hair line fracture that the previous Dr had missed. He was very easy going, would definitely recommend.

I saw Dr. Nute out of concern about the same toe breaking in under a year. X-rays and recommendation was that it showed it was healing. Good bedside manner. Have always been happy with the care I've received and other family members have received at Comprehensive Orthopedics.

I went in with ankle pain, and Dr. Nute was able to get x-rays done the same day and then schedule an MRI, which was done just two days later. I ended up needing ankle surgery, which went great. Dr.Nute was very relatable, and all of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and all the way down the line were outstanding. Would recommend 100%.

Dr Nute is amazing! I have had him for three ankle surgeries and I would not trust anyone else. He did a fantastic job giving me a better quality of life. I send everyone to him.

Always easy to make an appointment whenever one of my kids has a sports injury. We were seen promptly. Dr. Nute explained the problem thoroughly and had a plan to help my daughter recover quickly.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nute. He is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He cares about his patients and puts their medical needs first. He explains the surgery in detail and is willing to take time to answer any questions you may have pre or post op. I had full reconstructive non weight bearing surgery done to both my feet and he was my surgeon each time. I trust him and his staff fully.

Amazing Doctor Very Polite And Good At His Work Job Well Done On My Foot.

Doctor nute did a fabulous job on my left ankle! He ended up doing a fuse surgery. I am extremely happy with his results!

Dr Nute knows his stuff and explains everything he’s proposing. He answers all your questions and doesn’t leave until you are comfortable.

He listened to my complaints, he suggested a course treatment and i trust his guide in treating my foot.

Just okay seems like he is knowledgable but NEVER smiled said my leg was to big for ankle brace like you are too fat. Not impressed with him. Explained x rays but acted like it was all a chore if he wod only smile. He looked pained and kept slamming the door which made me jump a mile. I think he might be good but basically said I was an orthopedic nightmare. Drs. Slimack and Vashi so much nicer. He just acted like well someday your ligament will snap. Thanks ordered custom orthotics from some company in Greenfield and they said not covered by medicare 250 bucks really? Medicare said they would be covered who knows? Not a warm and fuzzy guy for sure I want to try the other guy there or someone eles. He just has totally flat affect. Do you hate your job or what? I was disapponted as I love Comprehensive Ortho. I'm very happy with Dr Nute. I had 2 rather complicated surgeries in the last year for my foot & ankle. Things went well & I'm walking almost normal for the first time in many, many years.

Michael Nute is an "EXCELLENT" podiatrist. Dr. Nute removed a needle out of my foot a couple years ago and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Dr. Nute you are the "BEST"

I saw Dr. Nute for Achilles pain and heel pain. He wrote a prescription for custom orthotics and he nailed the presscription. I was cured within 6 weeks wearing the orthotics. I still wear them for preventative measures

I can't say enough about the excellent care I received. Everyone from Dr. Nute and Chelsea to the xray techs who were always so personable and professional. Thank you to all of them for getting me back on or "feet" again!

Dr. Nute is a great surgeon with a good sense of humor. He cured my 40 years of foot discomfort, he used the most recent technique for my issue where another surgeon wanted to do a quite different way with pins and plates. My recovery time was 3 weeks...I’m so grateful for Dr. Nute.

Dr. Nute works miracles. He surgically corrected both of my feet six months apart from each other. I had bunions and hammertoes. Dr. Nute has both of my feet looking normal now. I can't thank him enough for the work that he did on my feet. I have been singing his praises after he fixed one foot. I couldn't wait for him to fix my other foot. Dr. Nute is very patient, answers your questions, explains the procedures he will perform, and understanding. You can't find a better doctor.

Dr Nute removed a nerve In my foot for soreness and cramping in my calf .After the operation I had a infection . I had to have a second operation I had trouble walking for two years. Went to a Nero surgeon and found that I had two blockages in my leg . I would not recommended him . The surgery was not needed I have numbness in my foot every day. Pain from surgery Dr Nute performed twice.

I had one actual appointment with doctor Nute and then surgery. But, surgery was cancelled the first time. As, was my first post op appointment. I'm still waiting to see him for that. Also, he has sent unnecessary restrictions into my work after I told his office exactly what I wanted the 'restrictions ' to say.

He's the MAN!! A funny and caring doctor. The BEST!
