I have always been truly impressed with the great care received from Dr. Picariello and his staff. He is very friendly and always goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable during my visits. Thanks for your care and compassion over the years.

I was experiencing frequent sinus infections and went to see Dr. Picariello. He listened to my concerns, examined me and suggested that I have allergy testing performed in his office. The allergy staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Since starting my allergy immunotherapy, I have not had one sinus infection. I want to thank Dr. Picariello and his entire staff for their assistance in improving my quality of life.

My daughter saw Dr.Picariello for throat issues. He saw her and was able to diagnose and treat her on that visit. He is kind and gentle and listened to what was wrong with her. I would recommend Dr. Picariello to friends and family.

I would highly recommend choosing Dr. Picariello for your ENT needs. Dr. Picariello is very knowledgeable and always professional. He has a good beside manner and listens and answers all my questions. In addition, he followed up on my problem making me comfortable with the outcome. I understand that he is excellent with difficult ear problems and I would not hesitate to entrust him with all my ENT needs.

My Saint (Dr. Picariello) My nightmare was over within hours of starting medicine he provided. Regretfully, I suffered permanent damage due to time lapse spent by Primary Doctors, bad diagnosis and improper treatment to a major infection to center side walls only... weeks of severe pain to my entire face and upper teeth..Result (Primary Fault) - large hole in Nose through center side walls ..I asked what caused infection (No history of Drugs use). Surprised TWEEZING NOSE HAIRS !!! WOW...OMG

Dr. Picarello is so kind and caring. When my daughter had an urgent issue he was very pro active in ordering tests and following up. He explained everything to us and assured us he would do whatever was needed to determine what was wrong. I would highly recommend him.

I came with 7 year old having ear infection fever and pain. The office was very friendly and I got in in just few minutes. The doctor sent poor kid to test his hearing for 40 minutes. When I asked about the results he told-those are just numbers. He obviously doesn't respect the client. He also 'diagnosed' a hole in his eardrum -which was wrong diagnosis as proven by two other doctors and also his own hearing test-which he didn't bother to explain. When he prescribed antibiotics for treatment and I asked him if I can watch if the infection clears for day or two before I start giving it, his answer was 'Its America here' , emphasizing that I am not local (?) or it's a free country (?) .. Although there was no single client waiting in the office he rushed us out, saying 'come back in three weeks to see if the hole healed'. Well, it healed same day in other doctors' office. My advice-stay away from this doctor. The only thing he cares about is his pay check.

Had to drive 20 mins to know the test results are normal and paid $30 for my co pay second time. I understand if there is a problem with the test results. The doctor could have called me and informed me about the results .
