I like the dentist and the hygienist but the receptionist is so rude that we quit going there.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment to be a new patient and woke up legitimately sick the day of appointment and wanted to reschedule. Said they don’t reschedule new patients who cancel. Okay so you want me to come in to an office where you work on my teeth while I’m sick and risk spreading it to your staff and other patients? Make that make sense. So unprofessional.

Trust me if I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with this facility has been truly sickening. I was referred to Dr. Pipo from a family member as my family has been seeing him for years. I have heard nothing but good things about him. However the same cannot be said about the secretary Diane. From the first phone call we had she had a very nasty/mocking attitude. I needed cavities re-filled and she said they were accepting new patients. She said my insurance won't cover them unless it has been 2 years. She was WRONG. I go through Ohio Medicaid for reference. Every 12 months they cover fillings. I told her this and she proceeded to mock me and accused me of not knowing what I was talking about. I have spoken to my insurance company 4 times, every person said the same exact thing. They offered to explain things to her, she denied. She said that she would reach out to them, never happened. She refused to even let me have an appointment with the Doctor. Her response to everything was "I've worked here for over 30 years! I know what your insurance policy is." That translates to "I know better than you, you know nothing." Being that this clinic gets most of their patients from low income families/ Medicaid users, you think they would treat them better. If you go through Medicaid as your insurance, do NOT bother going to them. This is for Diane, if you don't like your occupation, get a different job. Patients should not have to be put through what you go through in your miserable life. Poor customer service. Poor business etiquette. Poor attitude overall.

Did an amazing job fixing my tooth. The first time I've been to a dentist and didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend

if i could give him 0 stars, i would. he's horrible and not personable. yikes! do not visit him! unprofessional and rude....... at least he got my tooth out though.

Terrible. I have went there for years and never had a problem until today. The receptionist mocked me & made fun of me. She laughed at me & called me names. All because they tried to say I haven’t showed up to my appointments when I have. The last two were their fault. The first they cancelled on me because of Covid & the time after they sent me a reminder to the wrong address and blamed it on me? But she literally admitted it was their fault. Then proceeded to be very unprofessional . I will never be going back. Terrible. I have went there for years and never had a problem until today. The receptionist mocked me & made fun of me. Dr. Pipo and staff are the best experience by far that I've ever endured very friendly professional and definitely painless jump on board they are where you want to go especially if you are afraid of the dentist????????????2

The staff is awesome and so is Pipo. I had 3 teeth pulled yesterday and he did a excellent job, it's now the second day after my visit and still no pain or anything. Thank you dr.pipo and staff for everything and can't wait to to get the rest of my teeth done.

Staff front desk was very friendly 5 stars for them but the dr himself isnt very friendly nor does he have alot of patience. His techniques are outdated and unhappy with the overall experience.

Dr. Pipe is kind, listens and is very gentle.

100% The Best Dentist in the tri-state area.

Great doctor and nice employees! I have been going here for over 5 years.

No frills dentist with the worst people on earth answering the phones!
