Only leaving one star for a good reason I went in for an appointment 2 weeks ago today. I had been at the E.R. The night before and they told me how important it was I see my dr. The next day! I have something potentially life threatening. I got in they said they would get me a specialist 2 weeks later nothing! I called last Friday and got an appointment with another dr. 2 days later the new dr had got me an appointment with a specialist. I feel like all this office is interested in is your pocket book! Every time I have to either call the office or be seen in the office. They are always very friendly and helpful with me.

I have been going to Dr Rausch for several years. Always takes care of me and I am very comfortable with him. He always answers my questions honestly and I am a very blunt spoken person. If he doesn't have an answer he will find out for me . Or send me to a specialist that can help me. I would deffinately recommend him.

Dr. Rausch takes care of my twin boys. They adore him and it's obvious they all have a good doctor patient relationship. Dr. Rausch is an excellent diagnostician with an impeccable bedside manner. He's literally my hero because I see him fulfilling every aspect of the family medicine creed.

Dr Rausch cares! He cares about helping in every way possible and taking the best care of you possible. Very knowledgeable on what will help most in all situations and will help the best he possibly can.

Went there until they sent my lab to a place that didn't take my insurance then I was expected to pay$500 dollars out of my pocket and they claimed it wasn't their fault. No compromise no nothing. Went to their office many times to resolve it and they were of no help. Got a letter that he wouldn't see me anymore! Didn't need that!!!! I wouldn't even turn around in his parking lot. Been going there my whole life. The staff is great and very helpful.

this office has the worst staff ever, they've never heard of professionalism: When I needed something done and they didn't do it and I had factual evidence that they had lied to us they got belligerent and adversarial when I brought it up rather than just fixing the issue immediately. They told us it was "simply an honest mistake" but you can't make more than 5 honest mistakes an hour and still be a professional, even if they were honest mistakes that should get you fired. But the best part is the fact that when I was demanding they send the prescription they lied about having sent previously the person at the front desk took the unsent prescriptions off the top of her fax machine and put them on the other side where the sent ones come out thinking that I am too stupid to see it. Proof that she lied about having sent it and would attempt to orechestrate more lies to cover it up. Lastly the most unprofessional part is her saying "we can dismiss you as a patient" in response to me telling her that I will be seeing another doctor if this wasn't cleared up, not only do the staffs not have this power but do you really want to drive off your pay checks? this office has the worst staff ever, they've never heard of professionalism: When I needed something done and they didn't do it and I had factual evidence … More

We have 4 kids we take here, never had any issues.
