I had a appt at 9:30 a and after a lot of run-around i was told that they were not accepting anyone for in person visits had to drive back to utica and waiting at 12:30 p for a telehealth so that made me mad

My PCP sent a referral to the office TWICE and yet the office staff said on at least 5 different occasions it was never received. From the initial call about the referral to the last call, which is when they asked me to have my PCP fax another referral, the office staff appeared incompetent and disorganized. I ended being referred to another specialist.

I was taken into the room at 1:00 and never saw the doctor until 1:50. I don't think he even got back from lunch until 1 :30.
