I've been seeing Dr. Stutts for 18 years! He is a GREAT doctor! He takes him time with you and really cares about his patients! I recommend his office 100%!!

We as a family have been seeing Dr. Stutts for 11 years but I was shocked at the non compassionate way I was told that my son could not get a trial pair of contacts because I’ve never ordered any!!! First year contact fitting I got a trial box he was 13 and did not manage them well so I decided not to buy them the staff person didn’t bother to ask why I have not ordered any. I just think with all the options available and my longevity with the practice, the well being of a child patient should lead them to consider a trial pair so that he can be comfortable in school. I am very disappointed and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere! I have a rare neurological condition affecting the eye muscles that I usually have to explain and he was well educated in the disease.

Have been going to Dr. Stutts since I was little and I absolutely love going here.

They will give you one price before and during your visit, but will bill your insurance company for another amount. I have NEVER had any professional do that to me! Once I confronted them on the over billing, they came up with another ridiculous fee to try and keep some of the money. After she told me, "well it's not your money anyway!" Well I pay the premiums for that money, and it REALLY ISN'T YOURS!!! The Doctor made RUDE comments during the exam, not sure what's his problem. It's not my fault he can't afford a AIRPLANE! Customers usually drive businesses and allow people to buy PLANES, and I'd say it's guaranteed that you will never have one!!! I thought just get through this exam and never come back. But it wasn't that simple! Then they tried to take money from me that they weren't entitled to take. The Office Manager was rude, incompetent, and took no responsibility for their errors. If you are looking for an eye doctor as I was, you should AVOID this office. If you do go, I would definitely check my statement to make sure you were charged correctly. But I'll NEVER go back!! Great Dr. and a Very caring. Will definitely return....

Mr. Stutts and his staff are UNPROFESSIONAL! They will give you a price for the exam when you call to make an appointment, during the exam, and immediately after. However, they will bill your insurance for MORE! When I confronted them, I spoke with the OM who accepted no responsibility for the error and then wanted to only return some of the money. She told me, "It's not your money." Well it is my money that pays the premiums and I can for sure tell you who's money it ain't-YOURS!! AVOID!!!
