Dr. Michael Wayne Wilkerson is the former medical director of the North Carolina PHP, no longer serving as the medical director after an audit into the organization’s practices. He is now an opportunist with his hands deep into the $35 billion/year addiction pseudomedicine industry.

His treatment plan is one of shame and humiliation and he’s very arrogant. Bradford Health Center concentrates on profitability above the care of their patients. If you are a healthcare professional and enter into their program you are asked for $42,000 upfront and you are handed the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous and told to go to 12 step meetings. In addition the house you were 15 or 16 other residents in which you are required to cook your own dinner. You also have to use your own vehicle to go to outside meetings and transport other patients

Dr. Wilkerson and the entire staff at Bradford (Warrior) were excellent. I felt like the worst person in the world when I arrived but they were very understanding and compassionate and truely concerned with my progress in the program and long term success. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Wilkerson and the entire staff at Bradford (Extended Care) to everyone. They helped me to realize that I was not a bad person trying to get good but rather a sick person trying to get well.

Vendictive individual who uses punishment as his primary means of treatment for addicted patients. He needs to gain more humility and work the 12 steps to become a better person. He is an angry and resentful person.
