Great Doctor great staff ,hope you enjoy a long happy retirement doc

I admire and respect Dr Williams a great deal. His staff that work on medical issues in my opinion are superb... HOWEVER... with that being said, his administrative staff that handles requests from other physicians is TERRIBLE. IF I RAN MY PERSONAL BUSINESS with the lack of urgency and with the lack of professionalism and respect as his office staff does I would be out of business in less than a week! They show NO CONCERN what so ever for the patient's when asked for help!!!!!

I was in town for a Mountain Bike Race at the State Park. While there I experienced Chest Pains. EMS was called and carried me EAMC. Dr Williams was called and within 30min I was in Cath Lab. Great doctor and great hospital staff.

A complete waste of my time and money. My primary concerns were not addressed. My opinions and ideas on the issues I was having were not heard. Prepare to wait three hours in the lobby to be spoken AT for three minutes.

I love Dr. Williams, very experienced and trust him. some of his staff ,thats another story.They always call at the last minute and say they have to cancel my appointment and try to get me to see one lf the other doctors. I don't want to see the other doctors, I want to see Dr. Williams, they act if they want to get the other doctors patients, even though I being seeing him for about 18 years. They say they dont like to switch up doctors, so why you want me to see the other doctors. Do he no

Most gracious Dr in a group of Cardiovascular Doctors that are willing to do everything to see that we are well and doing our best. Love them all. The staff is very helpful and return calls in record time.. The open heart surgery Dr. Williams found I needed , saved my life and I will be forever grateful..
