The worst possible customer service. Front desk person is rude and uneducated, lacking basic common courtesy

Dr. Baptiste is a caring man, he listens carefully to his patients and really wants to help them improve. We've been seeing him for several years now. He recently made some changes in the front office. Amy, the new office manager is on top of things. She is very responsive and is making a big difference in the service you get. If you leave a message she is quick to respond. Keep up the good work.

I went to see Dr. Baptiste for insomnia.He practices polypharmacy which resultingly lead to use of dangerous medications that cause severe withdrawals and side effects.Dr. Baptiste did not forewarn me of the drug side effects and told me to quit them cold turkey when my insomnia became worse.I have been experiencing horrible withdrawals for many months as he didn’t conduct the proper taper of meds. My insomnia is now unmanageable due to his negligence.I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!

I came to Dr. Jean Baptiste with a diagnosis of adult ADD and he has been so helpful. He's an amazing listener and genuinely caring. His understanding of the brain and how it works is incredible. I would highly recommend him for any adult psychiatric issues. I haven't seen him for more than six months but his medication recommendations have been spot on and he has really helped me.

Front desk does not return phone calls, is untruthful about things and can be rude.

Dr. Baptiste is great. He is very caring and truly understands what it means to help people feel better. I looked all over for someone good and I am so glad I found him because he has truly helped me. He is very personable and is flexible with appts. He is not like most psychiatrists that just want to throw medicine at you and rush you out he actually asks how you are and if you think you are doing better and tries to get the jist of what is going on with you so he knows what direction to go.
