Dr. Welling is very thorough, kind and she listens to the patient. You are seen in a timely manner and it has the feel of a small practice. You do NOT feel like a nameless face being run through there like cattle.

Dr. Welling has been my primary physician for over a decade since I developed two major illnesses. She is the only doctor whom I have ever met who treats me as a individual, knows my first name, and can determine by observation and a few questions how I am doing with my chronic illnesses. She is patience, accepting, and never rushes me. She listens to me. I can make an appointment usually within a few days. She works well with my other medical specialists; she is someone I trust.
