The best chiropractor

I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain while pregnant and honestly had never experienced this pain before nor had I ever been to a chiropractor but had several ladies to refer Michelle to me and told me to give her a try and she DID NOT disappoint at all!!! I was in excruciating pain and from the very first treatment, I felt instant relief. She is VERY professional as well as her staff in her office, she actually cares about your needs, her office is VERY neat and clean, as well as her employees are constantly sanitizing after every single patient. VERY friendly and make you feel welcome every single time. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle and her practice 110%!!! Dr. Hall is awesome, she has helped me with several different issues over the years, I highly recommend her!!

I had a fabulous experience they were able to schedule me same day. They showed compassion and care as soon as I came in. They were able to identify my pain and got my first treatment. Would totally recommend Dr. hall and the staff were amazing.

I felt like she herded patients like cattle going through . Gave too many 900 appointments so there was a crowd waiting for them to open. My last visit I had to wait over an hour and needless to say it was my last visit.

If I’m being honest... the office was crazy cluttered and overwhelming. There was three different boom boxes the day I went, which were all playing different bluegrass albums, in addition, two different infomercials playing on different monitors in the hallway. The walls are flooded with weird posters. Some related to chiropractic care, and some posters with really unhealthy messages about food and body image. The TENS unit they gave me to use was definitely something I could personally purchase from amazon. The sticky pads on it were reusable and covered in lint and hair. It barely stuck to my skin, and the batteries died halfway through using it. All of their equipment was old looking. I can’t stress enough how much the office space overwhelmed me. Michelle’s receptionist and staff were literally the best part of the whole experience. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I was there for an hour and I spent less than 5 mins with Michelle. She told me what was going on with my spine and and then did the adjustment, tried to get me to come back 2-3 times a WEEK. I don’t know anyone who could afford that. I missed my appointment this week and they have called me daily trying to reschedule. All in all, I’ve had more relaxing experiences elsewhere. If I could give advice it would be to declutter, hire a masseuse, to spend more time with each client, and stop harassing people to leave reviews with the promise of an ice pack. Dr hall has help me so much with my back pain and headaches she’s very knowledgeable and very gentle and a very friendly sweet woman who cares about her patients I’m very highly recommend her ..

Dr Hall was very thorough and explained why I have the issues that I have and how she was going to help correct them. Best chiropractic experience I have ever had!

Called in advance making sure they accept my ins. Day of appt I am notified that thrre is a 50.00 exam co-pay and 20.00 co-pay each visit. I am on Medicare & Medicaid Advantage Care Plan PPO. I was told by Michelle that if I get my ins company on line she would talk to them. She was informed I have no copay. However Medicare did not cover the exam so I would have to pay for that but at 35.00 not 50.00. After hanging up she still insisted I pay the 50.00. I told her my ins plan just told her different. She literally told me I had to leave her office and go outside to make any additional calls. To sum this up got a hold of another agent at my ins company he called her left her a message to return his call. She did and told him she no longer accepts Medicaid. Not once done did she say that while in her office and it's on the outside of her office window by front door she takes it. That explains why there is a co-pay. She has been reported to Raleigh. Dr. Hall is great. Christie the receptionist is amazing and very kind! Would highly recommend this chiropractor!
