Not great, looking for another doctor. I have ongoing multiple medical issues. I thought maybe that she didn't address them over the last year, because I wasn't there for that specific problem. Went for my yearly, and she did not address anything. Did not even ask how I felt. She was so hung up on when I last had my colonoscopy (the one area of my body that I am NOT having issues with). Nothing else got discussed.

Doesn’t care about her patients. I have waited over 1 hour to see her. I was 10 mins late for an appointment and she refused to address all of my health concerns. Don’t waste your time

Very slow, always running behind schedule

I have recommended Dr. Urban to others and will continue to do so. She is an excellent diagnostician and takes time to listen and does not heedlessly hand out prescriptions but explores various ways to treat illnesses. I cannot agree with a prior comment I read about a lack of bedside manner. I find her calm, measured approach very reassuring and as a former RN I have high expectations as to who I want taking care of me. I feel very confident under Dr. Urban's care.

Absolutely horrible person! She has such poor bedside manor and looks at you like you are 'less than'. I have zero use for her.

Dr Urban is very easy to talk with and listens so well. She reminds me of the doctors of old who spent time with their patients and got to know them. She handles your problems instead of sending you off to specialist for every little thing but does refer you when appropriate . If you are looking for a caring, knowledgable Doctor here she is. She reminds of doctors I use to work with. Retired nurse
