He wants to much for cash payment on first time visit he is a rip off

The Palestine area is privileged to have such a competent, and knowledgeable Cardiologist. Dr. Castellanos was my Cardiologist for around 10 years and I couldn't have asked for a better person to put my trust in to care for me. He stays on top of your blood's condition and detected something off with my counts that saved my life. He is an excellent choice for a heart doctor. Explains procedures and what the symptoms you will feel during procedure. Very caring relieves much of the anxiety. Very through with instructions after testing. Very good bedside manner.

I have been to him quite a few times. He answered all of questions that I asked. He makes it easy to talk to, unlike a lot of drs.
