Dr. Maldonado has taken great care of my dad Jorge who can be a very difficult patient. He is very patient with my dad, sitting and listening to him complain about his home life and stubbornness to medications and diagnosis’s. He takes his time evaluating him, answering all of our questions and encouraging my dad to take care of himself and allow us to help him as he is aging and his health is declining. I needed Emergency hip surgery because of a stress fracture on my left hip. My Orthopedic Dr. Le who I highly recommend said I needed to get clearance from my Primary Physician as soon as possible. Dr. Le said my Hip bone could break due to the fracture and Osteoporosis and then I would need hip replacement. Dr. Maldonado Office said he couldn’t see me until August 31st or September. What! I called Dr. Le and he said he would take care of it. Dr. Le Office was also working on getting me in to see Dr. Maldonado as soon as possible. I waited and then Dr. Le found me another primary physician and I have an appointment with her tomorrow morning. Thank you Dr, Le. Today is August 13th. Could you imagine having to wait 18 or more days to get Surgery. His office staff is incompetent in my opinion and I do not recommend Dr. Maldonado Services. I recommend you find a different primary care physician group! Stay far away from this office because they make scheduling impossible. I had to call twice to reschedule an existing appointment. After the appointment was scheduled, and the appointment confirmed, they call late the day before my morning appointment to tell me they didn't schedule enough time for this visit. With so many options nearby between Kelsey Seybold and CHI St. Lukes's there is no reason to mess with this hassle. I recommend you find a different primary care physician group!
