Dr. Milinda Ruth Carson

I have been Dr. Carsons patient for over 15 years. I rate her a 5,however at my last appointment, my experience is rated 1 star. When I got there, the office said Dr.Carson was in Boston now,, rarely coming to NJ and the NP was not here, she had an emergency at 11 am. My appointment was at 2pm! Completly understandable they had an emergency,, but I was never called and needed to come back. Then I was told I didn't "need "to make an appointment, they take walk ins but also take appointments if I'm not happy just walking in.How to you see patients that way? So, I made an appointment with the NP because Dr. Carson moved to Boston!. On the second visit, after giving my name, they had my insurance completely wrong, stating one I never had! I miss you Dr. Carson. The NP exam was fine.. then a few days later,, I get called to come into the office again to " get my results of a pap smear." They refused to tell me this result over the phone! Panic ensued and my husband and I rushed to the office.. We met with the male MD. He called me by the completly wrong name while reading off the wrong chart! They had results for another patient,, thinking it was me! Turned out my results were normal after all this! I walked out dizzy from all the confusion! I miss you Dr. Carson. I hope to find another caring female Dr.that I love as much as you.. Your patients should have been notified that you no longer practice in NJ.
