Its been a very long time Dr. Aggarwal and I greatly appreciate all that you and the office have done

I trust her more than I would a male doctor and I am a male

The worst Dr we’ve ever been too. It’s probably been 15 years since we saw her. We would never go back. The rudest Dr ever. I took my husband who couldn’t even open his eyes in the light because of a severe migraine and she was more concerned about how we talked to her staff, which btw, wasn’t even rude. We were just trying to express the urgency of the situation and the fact that they weren’t returning calls. She had no concern or humanity (for that matter) for our fears and the urgency of the situation. Quite frankly, it is my opinion that she shouldn’t even be in the medical field. I only came across her again to post this message while searching for a much better and more humane person. It goes without saying that we would never recommend her.

The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. And they never answer the phone. Do not recommend.

My 87 year old mother goes here and has been out of her medication for 2 weeks. We have left multiple messages with the nurse who says she is giving her the messages yet she still has not called in her refill. Unacceptable

Do not see Dr. Aggarwal, terrible practice, extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I've been waiting a week to hear about my test results and no word. She made it seem like it was a big deal to look at my blood results when I went in.

She is a terrible and rude doctor. I have never seen a dr that didn’t know what they were doing at all. It’s a terrible practice and I will never go there again. Dr Aggarwal is the worst doctor I have ever seen.

She does not return urgent calls, I've had to giggle everything tell them there job. Will not continue meds for my elderly mom who had been on them for years.. will not do simple oxygen testing. Had no care in the world that the patient had no meds.. no sence of urgency at all.

Dr Aggerwal wouldn’t listen to my medical history upon my first appointment and stated clearly that she “didn’t know why” my last dr had prescribed my medication. If she had listened to me or even looked at my medical record from my previous dr, she would’ve been able to understand. I had been to my previous, trusted dr for 5+ years and only switched drs due to my insurance changing. Dr Aggerwal wouldn’t refill my prescription as I had been taking successfully for many years. She was curt in her interactions and would hear nothing I said, jumping to her own conclusions blindly. I had the same experience and same situation as Angie. She made an appointment with a specialist, for over five weeks away and told me to come back in six months!

I was a new patient and Dr Aggerwal wouldn’t listen to my medical history. I expected her to look at my record from my previous doctor before jumping to a conclusion and stating how she thought my last doctor was incorrect. I had been on medication for many years from my previous dr and it was working perfectly. I only switched doctors due to my insurance changing. Dr Aggerwal would not refill my prescription (not addictive and not a narcotic) as my long-term, previous dr had always prescribed.

Dr. Aggarwal is my doctor an I really like her. She is very approachable and respectful to her patients. She doesn't make me feel she is rushing me to get to her next patient. She really listens to what I have to say and I appreciate that too. I am very happy with my doctor and she is close to my home. It is a win win situation. J Wernert
