Dr. Mini Bhaskar

I have been seeing Dr. Bhaskar for 5 years and have always been pleased with her. She always takes her time and you never feel rushed. She is very thorough in her explanations and always shows compassion.

I saw her when she was at a different office. I was diagnosed with lupus, and my doctor left the practice while I was pregnant and moved to Virginia, so I was moved to this doctor. Rather than see me on the frequent schedule my doctor had been, she made me wait to be seen as a new patient and then told me I didn't have lupus and it was RA so, she'd see me when wasn't pregnant anymore. Her reasoning for telling me I had RA was that I responded too well to steroids. Bottom line was that I have lupus,and nearly had a preterm baby because I wasn't being treated properly. It was superb. Dr. B takes the time to listen and cares deeply about her patients. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Bhaskar spends times and listens which is hard to find in a rheumatologist.

Dr. Bkashkar is great doctor

Dr. Bhaskar is nice as a person joyful first. As a Physician she is knowledgeable, understanding, listens to me and does not rush me when I am I am talking about my acks. She make sure that I am doing what I am suppose to be doing and keep up on your different visits with other doctors. I feel very comfortable with her. I have been seeing her over ten years or every since she went out on her own when she left a certain other doctors practice. I would recommend her to others. Been seeing De, Bhaskar for many years and always happy to see her. She takes her time and explains everything until you understand it. Always pleasant.

Extremely disappointed in this office. An appointment was made 3 weeks out only to arrive and be told the appointment had not been confirmed. I had called the prior to the appointment to confirm records had arrived and yet was not told that I didn’t have an appointment the following business day. The staff and doctor would not see me after all this waiting, they did not take responsibility, and were flat out rude. When your health is depleting and you have to wait weeks for appointments and results only to be told you then cannot be seen, it is negligent on their part. I will now take my business else where. I had my first appointment today. Dr Bhaskar was compassionate and sincere. She took the time to listen and is exploring further into my symptoms etc. The staff, nurse, lab tech were great. This place set me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I will be back for a follow up appointment for sure.

I have seen Dr. Bhaskar and staff only two times so far and I can only say wonderful things. Dr. Bhaskar is knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. The entire staff is friendly and make me feel at ease. It's like I've been a patient there forever.

I've been seeing Dr. Bhaskar for 7-8 years. She is knowledgeable. She listens intently. She remembers things you told her months before. If she doesn't have the answer, she'll recommend other doctors or other options, but she's honest and upfront about it. She is patient and will keep trying until you find the answer or until you can go about your day-to-day activities with normalcy. I truly appreciate her expertise and character. I think Dr Bhaskar is great, she takes time to really listen to you and is very knowledgeable. There have been issues with her front office which seem to be taken care of now. Her assistant is awesome; however, I do not like her in office lab. I much prefer going to my primary care's lab.

my last appointment she spent a total of 5 minutes 23 seconds in the room with me (timed it on my phone) after not seeing me for a year- is that enough time for a thorough exam? No, it is not. Did she bill my insurance for a thorough exam? You bet she did! Had to make 2 calls to get lab results sent to me which they said would be done and wasn't til I called. My blood sugar was real high, she never called to discuss this-I should have been alerted to follow up on such high sugar.

Dr Bhaskar is knowledgeable, personal and explains everything well. I feel she truly cares about my health needs.

Dr. Bhaskar is kind and knowledgeable. However, my experience with her lab has been atrocious. The techs (I have dealt with 2 in as many years) have sent my lab work to labs not covered by my insurance multiple times, despite having my insurance card in hand. The most recent occurrence left me with a $240 out of network bill, and the lab tech told me it wasn't her problem, that I should have known where blood work was being sent. I won't go back for this reason.

She is considerate, kind, and really knows what she is talking about. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhaskar
