Megan was very rude and disrespectful & impatient when answering questions and abruptly ended the call

so sad it’s gotten to this point because we LOVE dr Patel. But the receptionist, Megan has ruined it. She is unprofessional and rude. Hung up on me because the lobby was full and didn’t listen to my concerns. this isn’t the first time this has happened either, so after many attempts to make it work we moved our kids to a different pediatrician. Ms Patel is awesome and I get two birds knocked out at once most times with my girls

Dr Patel does not shove drugs down your kids throats she will listen to you and your child and give her analysis which is spot on if she is not positive then she gives referrals and my son is and had been better for it.

Dr Patel and Tracey have always been amazing with my son, they have taken care of my son who is now four since he was a baby and they just told my brother who is 20 that it was time to move to an adult doctor lol. My son loves Tracy and Dr Patel they are very caring and accommodating and Tracy always checks and makes sure that stuff is faxed where it needs to go so there are no issues for us.
