Dr. Mitzi Montgomery Kramer

She explains everything very very well which at first seemed great and I really liked her. At the end when I was leaving she did not speak to me about my diagnosis and only once I left did I find out, she gave me a diagnosis which did not match up. She pushed for me to leave when I did not feel ready and my medications were still not stable.

I saw Dr. Kramer for several months when in the Rogers PTSD program. She was nice, she seemed to listen, but my medical care and psychiatric medications were grossly mismanaged. I felt intense anxiety for nearly half of my 3 months in her care and was not given appropriate medication. I have anxiety now about having this bad of anxiety again and being refused care. I was not drug seeking and do not use benzos to treat my anxiety. There was no reason I had to suffer. When I advocated for myself, I was asked if I “just wanted to go home to my own doctor” and leave the program. Within a week of being home, I was prescribed something for anxiety (again not benzos) and it was such a relief to be heard. I do not recommend the PTSD program at Rogers or Dr. Kramer.
