Extremely poor admin office. Disregard for patient care.

After my most recent appointment with Dr. Munir, when I went to the pharmacy, they told me he hadn't send in my prescriptions. I called the receptionist at his office and they assured me it would be taken care of that day. Well, it wasn't, so I called again the next week, again, I was assured it would be taken car of immediately, but I'm still waiting. I've called five times so far, each time I've been told "we'll get right on it". Its absolutely unprofessional of them to not send in a prescription when they said they would. It's not a new prescription either, it's a refill. Look elsewhere! On the final call, his excuse was that his software for sending in prescriptions has been down. So somehow he didn't notice his prescriptions weren't working for two weeks. How a medical provider can be this incompetent is beyond me.

1 office staff got may berth date wrong by 30 years, so prescriptions can't be filled. 2) after numerous assurances their office took my insurance, I rec'd call next day after initial visit saying they do not take my insurance (they had over a month prior to initial visit to verify this). 3) after only 1 initial phone call, Dr, is already to prescribe a mood stabilizer...I'm no Dr, but I'm no laymen either & the notion of prescribing without having more history seems impulsive & recommended without enough data to make that conclusion...Ie: it's reckless & to me at least, is ill advised. Combined with the administrative failures, I do not have any confidence in this facility/practice.
