Monica Flores has been my daughter doctor since 2 years ago, but I decided to change to another doctor due to the way she approaches to parents. She sounds sometimes aggressive or upset. I think as a parent we need a doctor who cares more and provide the right ethical communication with parents.

Far from having a good experience with Dr. Monica. My10-month-old baby who has been diagnosed with an ear infection and has been tested for coronavirus 2 times, can't access this clinic due to being congested, and with a rather aggressive attitude this doctor made a diagnosis without I almost checked it, I understand that the doctors are terrified of the virus but if my baby had his test at least he deserves a good treatment and not the answer that doctor Monica gave me "I am thinking in my family, they're first and I am not going to check sick children until they give us the vaccine", I suggest you better stay at home until that I don't think healthy children want to visit her to talk at his office. my baby has already been with an infection for more than a month, he has taken 2 different types of antibiotic and I don't find a response from Doctors, maybe children can't get sick these days if my baby gets more sick, Where should I take him to have a good, more humane attention ? clearly not with this doctor =( Far from having a good experience with Dr. Monica. Worse doctor office that I have attend Took me a month for have my 1st appointment, being my child sick for more than an 3 weeks. When I finally got an appointment it was by video because they don’t see sick children. So look for this doctor if your child is not sick have that in mind. The doctor look at my child chest by phone. And after all I finally was able that after a month of wait my child have the doctor listening to his lungs. In the same week my child got fever, they told me they will do telemedicine but, they never call me for my phone appointment and when I call asking every 30 minutes they said nurse will call me. They never send the medicine of my child to the pharmacy. I can not say the doctor is good or bad because her horrible office protocols don’t gave me the opportunity to know if the doctor is good or not. I understand health is a business for them, but this is children’s health. What is the commitment of this people I don’t know. After this horrible experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLEASE!! Dr Flores is by far one of the most knowledgable doctors I’ve had the pleasure of taking my kids too. She treats my special needs son as one of her own :). She plays games and helps him feel at ease when he’s having something done. Never has my son left he office upset even when he’s getting shots. 10 out of 10.

Dr. Florez is by far the best pediatrician my children have seen in 14 years. Not only was she able to diagnose my 4 year old on the first visit but the staff was able to complete referrals and began treatment immediately. They are extremely accommodating with appointments and return phone calls fast. Medication is call to the pharmacy right away and paperwork is faxed when asked. She is caring and makes my terrified son feel comfortable. Dr. Florez is by far the best pediatrician my children have seen in 14 years. I love this office staff and the Dr's! They all go above and beyond in explaining what is happening with your child(ren). They truly care about children and their families. We have been seeing them for over 11 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
