I particularly like the health videos shown on the TV in the waiting areaI particularly like the health videos shown on the TV in the waiting area.

Dr Singleton is always helpful, caring, and patient. I drive from Charleston yearly for physical and if needed, in between for appointment. The staff is very professional and attentive. Like with any Dr office you may have a wait but it is nothing out of the ordinary. It is so hard to find a Doctor who cares and listens. Dr Singleton is very knowledgeable. The office in Santee is small but that is a benefit to me. So many doctors are in these commercial atmosphere buildings where they rush you in and out. You hardly have time to talk with your doctor. I welcome the personal attention and treatment. Lastly, unfortunately, it is so hard to find an African American doctor. What a comfort to find one. The 1hr drive up from Charleston is more than worth it.

I love Dr.Singleton! If we had more MD's like him we would have a better world!

Don't expect to be seen on time. Had a 10 am appointment and was not seen until 1130.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have been sick for the past 5 weeks with the same symptoms...They were suppose to refer me to a specialist & never did...I had to take the initiative of finding one on my own...some of the nurses & staff that answer the phone are very rude...I was placed on hold for an hour....when ever you call to speak to Dr. Singleton himself, you never receive a call...

I made an appointment and I was very well pleased with the level of professionalism that I received. The staff took their time with me and gave me a thorough check up. I will definitely go back. The staff and Dr, Singleton was efficient and I was not there very long at all, but a lot was accomplished. They really value you and your time.

Dr. Singleton is very nice. Problems: 1. I am very ill. They tried to reach the doctor for three days for antibotics refill. No response. Had to show up at office next morning, heard do u want to deal with this nurse came out and said they would call in prescription. I saw no one, and Dr. wasn't at that office. still sick after 10 days, can't not get in to see anyone for 3 days. No apt available. 2. The Santee office is filthy

This doctor is a money doctor. He requires you to come in every month for prescriptions that can be written with refills. Some patients bring 4-6 people with them to their appointment. Most of those 'guests' are children. Children and grown adults do not turn the ringers off on their cell phones. Grown men okay shoot em up an racing games on smart phones with the volume at full blast. The office has more or a circus or club feel than that of a doctors office. Dr Singleton never had time for any of my questions or seemed to be in the least concerned with any problems that I was having. Everyone's appointments were seemingly scheduled for the same time so we as patients had to wait for hours. It's not that he was spending a lot of time with every patient, in which case I could possibly understand the waiting. The only people who seemed to get an inordinate amount of attention were the drug reps. Not only would I not recommend this doctor to a friend, I would not recommend this doctor to an enemy.
