I'd give half a star of I could. poor bedside manner, feel rushed at apot's and the best part is the dme provider he had get in contact with us regarding equipment was OUT OF NETWORK. I have no out of network coverage. now I get to spend all my free time, which isn't much trying to argue an almost $500 bill because ihe told me they would make sure dme is in network. well tht DID NOT happen

I had 2 visits with the clinic before I decided never to come back. The first time I saw the APNP and no Dr. Rihawi. On my second visit I was supposed to see him, yet as we were ending the appointment, I again didn't meet with Dr. Rihawi. I was charged for meeting with a doctor I never saw, I was treated like a non-person by his APNP and when I demanded to see Dr. Rihawi people seemed confused. Other things also happened at this clinic and I was not treated as a person. So, if could give a negative rating I would.

Dr Rihawi has given me excellent care over the last few years. He is honest, professional and a very caring doctor. We have had to have some very serious discussions and I have always felt that with his help I have made some difficult but informed decisions. He treats me with the utmost respect and warmth as if I were a family member. His staff has always been been professional yet friendly and kind. The sleep study he arranged was very well done, thorough and the epuiment was monitored by staff at a computer monitor all night. Adjustments were made in my oxygen levels as needed during the night. Dr Rihawi, seemed very concerned about my condition, unfortunately, his staff does not care about his patients at all. I was to have a cardiopulmonary Exercise test done but had to cancel because I twisted my knee. In trying to get another appointment for the test and then to see Dr Rihawi, i have to wait a month and a half. His staff, especially the scheduler, treats you as if you should go elsewhere, he is too busy to be bothered with you!

To be honest, the treatment that I received from Dr. Mouhammed Rihawi’s clinic and staff about a year ago (in 2018) was the worst by far. They lied to me before doing my sleeping study/exam there. They said that my insurance company authorized them to run the sleeping study on me. His office didn’t tell me how much exactly the insurance company was going to cover nor how much I would be responsible for. They informed me that the insurance company authorized them to do the study and made me believe all along that the insurance company was going to cover all of its cost. Moreover, I done the sleeping study at my place “by myself”.I took the equipments home and plugged the necessary units on myself. So there were no nurses or any staff by me while doing the sleeping exam. Then, I was surprised to see that Dr. Rihawi’s clinic sent me a bill of $670, for what I don’t know?? And now, I have to deal with his lawyer in court. Not only that, the Nurse Practitioner that discussed the test results with me was rude and not polite at all. I really felt that they cheated me on the test and also on the test results. I really even doubted their testing analysis and lost faith in it. They just wanted to sell me breathing equipments. I am sorry to say that I really do NOT recommend Dr. Rihawi’s clinic at all. By the way, his attorney (Peter B King) from Fontana WI is “what you know what” type. Look him up, he has the worst reviews on Google that you will ever see or find. So, be careful. Gave my wife an incorrect diagnosis after spending less than 15 minutes with her. His office failed to inform her she was not in network. Since then we have been billed non stop. He has never responded to any of her letters but let's his lawyer write threatening letters on his behalf. PS he is great at making women feel uncomfortable in his presence. This doctor is so cool. Takes the greatest care of my mom who is 83! Treats her like she's his own mother. God bless him.

Fantastic! Let me just state that by my own admittance, I am horrible when it comes to taking care of myself. But being 62, some issues have surfaced that warrant the 'need' to start taking better care of myself. I don't know what I expected when I went here. I was shocked! This guy was/is beyond cool, I immediatly felt at ease. Gave me great advice and the whole doctor/patient thing was a pleasurable experience! Dr Rihawi was on time and obviously reviewed my history prior to my appointment. He asked the right questions, was very observant and listened closely. He was caring and concerned. Highly recommend.

It takes months for you to get an appointment, but he still might cancel on you the day before, making you reschedule your appointment months out again, leaving no alternative to get help/treatment until the next appointment. You wait months to see him, confirms you still have the permanent disorder you did last time, and releases you after 10 minutes. Only incredibly frustrating experiences.
