Highly recommended! No issues. No infections. A wonderful caring Doctor. I’m trying to find him to do my husband’s other hip.

Dr. Surtawi replaced my hip several years ago at Christie Clinic in Champaign. I complained of pain for weeks after the surgery and it was dismissed. To this day, I have considerable pain due to the cup irritating the psoas. Other surgeons have confirmed he used the wrong size cup. I have had injections, arthroscopic surgery, and am looking at the scary prospect of hip revision. I like him but I could've recommend him.

Last year Dr. Sartawi replaces both of my hips. I feel like he saved my life. I went from a walker and wheelchair ,back to my old physical self with just minor aches occasionally. Can not thank you enough Dr. Sartawi, sincerely Sherry Moore

From the first appointment I had with Dr Sartawi, I felt completely at ease and confident that he was the best choice for me to do my total knee replacement I believe it is because of him I have done extremely well since my surgery 6 weeks ago. He called me at home and offered his cell phone number in case I had questions. That is unheard of in this day and age. He also saw me in the waiting room for therapy twice and looked at my knee.He is excellent and he will be doing my other knee asap.
