Her bed side manor is horrible.. She didn't treat me like a human being.. When I would try to explain why I was there she would cut me off.. I left the office crying . I have ne er felt so talked down to in my life.. Doctors are supposed to care or at least act like they do and act like they're listening.. Never again will I go there.. The staff is to busy gossiping behind the desk and laughing loudly to do there job. It was my Most horrible experience at a doctors office

Dr Casco is my mother's new primary care physician. My mother has terminal cancer and we were attempting to move her care to a local hospital. I asked her if we would receive the referrals that day or when we should expect them. She proceeded to berate me for asking. She said everyone expects pcp's to do whatever they want. I told her I was only asking so that I knew when we could expect them. She then checked my mother's blood work, which was received days before, and sent her to the ER.

wow she was suppose to be my pcp... I was told she cant do anything for my condition until after i see several specialist..i asked if i get sick should i make a apt to see you? ' she said no go to the er.. there is nothing i can do for you..us drs only make $10. or $15. per patient'

Physicians Cooperative has friendly staff like Jeff at the front desk at the Oak Forest office. Lisa the MA listens to my questions and answers them so I can understand my health better. Dr Casco is caring and very professional. I highly recommend Physicians Cooperative.
