I've been a patient of Dr. E for about 7 years. She has always been thorough and EXTREMELY efficient. Yes, she has an accent, however, she speaks slowly, so it's very easy to understand her. She will also stop you and ask you to repeat or reword what you're saying, if she doesn't understand. She will even bring a nurse in until she can understand you clearly. She is however, NOT BIG ON SURGERIES OR NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTIONS, which is why I continue seeing her. She has found ways to heal my pain, sleeping disorders, breathing issues without putting me on a bunch of different pills. She's very attentive & responsive to secure messages (I literally only go in the office for my well-woman & mammogram, everything else we can handle via e-appointment or by phone) & is committed to making sure her patients are well cared for and in great health. I'm not sure what these other 2 reviews are about, but as a patient, I'm not going to let yall bad mouth my doctor, because she is the best at what she does!

She didn't appear to understand much of what I was trying to speak to her about. I was transfered under her at the Houston VA. She appears constantly confused about everything you try to speak with her about. I am 71yrs old & have had total hysterectomy. She constantly put in my records to immediately come in if I become pregnet so she can adjust my medicine. Wants to know about a hip replacement I have never had. As I said, I am not sure about her ability to even be a doctor

Dr. Elarossi (Women's Clinic) neglected to treat and/or send appropriate medication to the pharmacy for my diagnosis. She and the nurses working under her, obviously aren't veterans because they lack the care and compassion and should not be working at the VA. I felt rushed and uncomfortable when I'm at her appointments.
