Dr. Nancy Rae Chaffee

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. De Kok for some dental work, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Her depth of clinical knowledge and experience truly can't be beat. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt at ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and modern. Dr. De Kok herself was incredibly professional and personable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the procedures she recommended. Throughout my treatment, Dr. De Kok was attentive, skilled, and compassionate. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I was amazed at the level of care and attention to detail she demonstrated, and the results of my treatment exceeded my expectations. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. De Kok highly enough. If you are in need of a skilled and caring prosthodontist, look no further. You will not find a better doctor anywhere. Thank you, Dr. De Kok, for everything!

She is simply the best. Its why so many dentists refer their clients to her. I have been going to her for many years. Not only is she extremely educated, she cares about her clients. She teaches at UNC and lectures across the country as well. She has done extensive work in my mouth by the way.

I took my 88 year old mom to Dr. Chaffee as she was having gum irritation from her dentures. My mom isn't in a position to pay for a new set of dentures, and we appreciated Dr. Chaffee's conservative approach. Thankfully, she was able to keep what she has, and Dr. Chaffee made some modifications to relieve my mom's pain. She did a thorough examination, made the adjustments, polished and cleaned the dentures. We were very pleased. Thank you! I came to Dr. Chaffee after my regular dentist tried to convince me that I needed $9000 worth of crowns. Dr. Chaffee did a thorough exam and we came up with a different treatment plan. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. She even met me after hours one time because of an emergency and she didn't want me to be in pain. poor placement of a crown which resulted in space between gum and crown and had to be replaced. Dentist lacks empathy, does not want to hear your opinions and lacks competency and professionalism.

Dr. Chaffee did a wonderful job with coordinating removal of teeth and new dentures for my elderly mother. Dr. Chaffee is extremely knowlegable and passionate about her work. I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Chaffee changed my life.

I have been seeing Dr Chaffee for a few years now. I had a very complicated case with all kinds of curve balls. She is extremely talented and simply excellent at what she does. I had a bad experience here and would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff was rude and the doctor was not much better, she ran over an hour late to our appointment and acted like it was no big deal.

Highly recommend Dr. Chaffee.
