Dr. Nancy Elizabeth Rigdon

Had extreme dental pain was able to get a appointment as soon as possible. Dr Rigdon showed care and attention to all my dental needs. Have many dential and medical complications. She listened and disscussd all my options and honnered my choice. Made sure I did not feel any pain during my procedure. Great dentist and I will be going back. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

This dentist office is in a horrible location with almost no parking. The building is old, dingy and dirty on the outside and the inside is just as bad. If there wouldn't have been a sign on the building that said it was a dentist's office, I would have just thought it was a shack. I walked inside and was hit with a pungent odor that is similar to a dirty animal. The linoleum on the floor was peeling up around the walls, the floor and walls were dirty, the window coverings were dirty and falling apart. It was just a really REALLY gross building and I cannot believe they actually have patients. I turned around and walked right out.

Been going here for my whole life. Love the dentist and the front desk woman is awesome.

So so happy with Dr. Rigdon she is the best.. I drive an hour just to have her as my dentist.

Terrible I got a filling almost two years ago on two different teeth since then I have had to get two root canals on both of those teeth because this horrible unqualified if you can even call her a dentist drilled farther into my cavity to place the filling on top of my nerves causing me to have pain within six months in one tooth to the point i couldn't even open my mouth it was so swollen and having to get a root canal and then the same thing happening to the second tooth about 4 months ago. Terrible dentist should loose her license. DO NOT GO HERE. Much better dentist in madisonville that accepts medicaid and other insurances. Dr little page in Madisonville. Had an appointment for 9am drove from henderson and no one is here. Site says they open at 8am... so where they at? 0/5 place is a joke.

Had 3 teeth removed today and the staff was amazing!! Dr. Rigden was so very kinda and down to earth. She made a me at ease and numbed so good Atttt provider

dr rigdon is by far my favorite dentist i’ve ever been to. very sweet, very fine to earth lady. haven’t felt any pain when she pulls my teeth and she makes sure to give pure treatment recommendations rather than convince you of doing a certain thing just for her to make money; 5/5 no doubt

I have been going to Dr rigdon for a long time and she has taken very good care of me I never have a worry when I walk in or out of her office I will be seeing her soon thank you

I wouldn't even give one star what a Joke very DIRTY... If you are a good dentist your inside needs to be clean and your front office lady should have clean nice teeth! You are suppose to represent good practice in a clean building. Also try not having a full on conversation with your patients they have your hands in them and please go read your dental books again you don't know how to fill a filling without putting the filling on the nerve. She's really good

I really like this gal! She is very down to earth and very realistic about treatment plans. She is not going to do work that’s unnecessary just to make a buck. She recommended I take my daughter to the dental school for braces, I did so, and saved thousands of dollars!

Dr Ridgon is a very nice fine dentist with excellent bedside manner.She is trustworthy, Honest, Reliable, Concerned, friendly, people person .I could go on and on. I know lot if people love her and come to her. Her office is a little dated but ,she is such a good person.If there is funding she could get that would be great . I think businesses and organization s around should help her out and donate items. She tries and accepts everyone. She will tell you what's best! I would love to help out.

I was very nervous but she did an amazing job. Never felt her pull my teeth at all! Her office don't look like much but she is the only one close enough that still takes medicaid and she helps a lot of people. Very sweet lady and she gets the job done.

She is a very HONEST trustworthy talented dentist. Very nice, extremely friendly, fast talking, genuine, fair conscientious person & dentist. Does good work & tries hard to please her patients. My ONLY worry is I want absolute proof that the tools & machinery & everything is absolutely WAY BEYOND CLEAN & SANITIZED between EACH patient AND I expect to be shown this & PROVEN this at every dentist & medical office!!!!! Germs are our enemy we have the right for PRISTINE clean care. TY for caring.
