Nancy A Scheinost

With an office visit and a couple video calls, Dr Scheinost and her team have recently given me a new peace of mind and much needed relief from the terror RA has had on my mind and body. Nearly 3 yrs of steroids, Humira, Embrel and 4 different Dr's in Seattle, I finally sought out the help of a natural path team to find hope away from the pharmaceutical machine after recently moving to the DFW metroplex. Even though Embrel has given me significant relief, I now prefer a more natural way to fight the long term damage RA can have on my joints and organs. And with the help of Dr Scheinost and her team, I now feel I have a road map of supplements, tests and measurable results to begin my new journey of fighting this autoimmune disease. FYI.. If you're reading my review, you must be considering working with DR Scheinost, if so, its pretty apparent I highly recommend them mainly due to their professionalism, thoroughness, attentive to my needs, and the best TEAM you can have. ~Grateful

I strongly dislike most doctors, but I love Dr. Scheinost. She is attentive, and listens, and explains and I trust her. I sometimes have to wait longer than I like, even early in the morning, but I think that is par for the course at most doctor's offices. I really hate waiting though. She's worth the wait.

Dr Scheinost is the very best doctor I have had in all my 70+ years. She is a very caring person with a great sense of humor. I have been seeing her for over 20 years, and couldn't function without her!!!

We owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Sheinost. When other doctors had given up on helping my husband she did not. Thanks to her training in functional medicine she recognized a rash on his arm as a collection of mast cells and that one clue sent us down the long winding road of mast cell activation syndrome. He now has a laboratory confirmed diagnosis and is receiving treatment. It would not have been possible without that first recognition that his mast cells were misbehaving. My only regret was that we moved out of the area after only a couple of visits. Dr. Scheinost is a caring doctor who wont give up on you when puzzle pieces don't seem to fit. Right now everytime I call I get PUT ON HOLD FOREVER!!!!

I was a patient for 4 and a half years and got cancelled as a patient for no reason. A good doctor would have called and given one. When your patients have diseases that could kill them, you don't just give up on them. Thanks a lot. Don't waste your time. She's always bug eyed and off in space. She doesn't believe in giving anything for pain so hopefully if you're hurting you'll get used to it or spend all your time with ice packs or heating pads. Her old staff was great until she fired them or they quit because she's a nightmare I'm sure. Her new staff, nurse, front desk, etc has no personality, and is rude. Find a different Doctor. Dr.Nancy Scheinost has been my rheumatologist for over 15 years. Her medical expertise is phenomenal, and her staff is always friendly and professional.

I've read the reviews posted here and I found my experience with her completely wonderful. I have been to several doctors and she was the only one that took her time with me and listened. She ordered tests that no one else had thought of and she was totally professional. I was very impressed. I am happy to say that I do not have to be on all the medications I was originally on…she figured it all out! I have never felt better and I owe it to Dr. Scheinost. She is brilliant and a very kind person. I did wait a little while but it was worth it. Her office is a pleasant place as well. 5 Stars! Dr. Scheinost is awesome. Very patient and will listen to you and try to get to the bottom of what is wrong. Her staff is awesome! Very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs to see a rheumatologist(sp?) in the Brazos Valley!
