Naseem Jehan Masood

After many months of feeling lousy and no sleep my specialist sent me to see Dr Naseem. Within weeks I felt like a new person. Herself and her staff are so kind and care very much about their patients. Thanks again Dr Naseem for all you have done for me.

Dr Masood is the worst health professional I’ve ever met. She is not only incredibly rude, cut me off multiple times in the middle of my sentences, and didn’t even allow me time to ask questions at the end of the visit, she just walked out of the room as quickly as she could. She also charged me for a service add on she did not provide. I’m guessing she tries to get as many patients in and out so she can charge more and clearly also lies about services provided. I would never recommend her to anyone looking for a dignified and professional Pulmonologist. Dr Masood is the worst health professional I’ve ever met. I see Dr Naseem Masood for many years, she has been treating my asthma. I have nothing but good things to say. She is very concerned for her patients, very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Doesn’t care about her patients at all, is completely dismissive and rude

Dr. Naseem Masood is genuinely concerned about the welfare of her patients and she takes her time to understand and to explain everything

Dr Masood is a wonderful Dr.! She has compassion for her patients. She knows her practice well!

My experience at this practice was horrendous. The doctors arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the waiting room was disgusting and they attempted to bully me into a sleep study before confirming my insurance covered it. When I asked about the treatment they were recommending and what it did and what caused the issues they were wanting to look into, I was shown a 30 second YouTube video and then escorted out of the room. After finding out the service was denied, I received numerous calls, emails, and texts about an appointment with no answers to the questions I had. The last straw was receiving a call at 9:40pm asking about coming in for the service that my insurance denied. Absolutely poor service and communication all around. If you want to be bullied into a service that you may or not be approved for and stalked, this is the doctor to see. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.
