The frames are ugly

On Time Appointment. Jack prepped me with tests before seeing Dr Frei. Very short wait time. Very friendly and informative. Honestly concerned in giving me the best results for my eyes. Definitely will go back.

The text confirmation system got bungled and i thought I’d replied (I actually struggle with memory challenges.) and honestly thought id confirmed my appt; Jessica and Dr. Frei did a beautiful job on assisting me and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed. The exam went well. The replacement lenses, excluding the frame, seemed way over-priced.

The doctors are always easy on the eyes every visit. Very social staff and I enjoy seeing each and everyone of them when I have a appointment and miss them when I leave.

I was very impressed with the way they handle the limited flow of customers into their store due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All places should be as cautious. Dr. Frei and her assistants were incredibly welcoming and thorough in my customer experience. Dr. Frei explained each step and answered any questions I had thoughtfully. Staff was patient and gave me feedback in order to choose the perfect frames.

Good customer service. Doctor was great and so patient with my kids. She explained things so well to them and even let them help “examine” each other’s eyes. I think they both want to be optometrists after that appointment!

Dr. Stephanie Meyer is amazing. I enjoy coming in for my eye exam. she keeps it real with me about my vision and possibilities for correction. she's very knowledgeable about all opportunities so you don't feel helpless about your vision. I even had questions about high index lenses and they were more than willing to help me understand! I cant imagine a better vision experience. First eye exam, ever! Dr.Frie explained the results and patiently answered all my questions. The support staff (Kara) spent a lot of time helping me pick out frames and explaining what my insurance covered. Very nice experience overall. Oh, and I can see again!

It seemed like a very limited exam. I looked at the eye chart for about a total of 1 minute. Didn't seem long enough to determine what my vision was.

They are on-time, friendly, professional, never make the appt feel rushed and are fun to talk too. Also very patient with energetic children! I really enjoy my appts and my pre-teen likes coming with to just watch and talk with the doctors.

What can you say about Pearle Vision? Not only do they care about your eyes they care about you. I won't be going to any other place because they treat you like family. Dr. Meyer is the best and really cares and the staff is great. We laugh and also have fun. The Eye Store is like no other and I've been getting glasses since my early 20 and now I am 68 young. The variety of frames are great. I am one of those that like odd glasses & they have them too not just the ones that you see everywhere else. I tease them to put up a sign that says " FUN GLASSES FOR FUN PEOPLE" and put all the odd ones there. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Meyer and the team at Pearle Vision. Dr. Meyer explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable. Kate did a great job helping me finalize my glasses and contacts purchase. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience getting eyewear!

My brother recommended Pearle Vision in Altoona, WI, and I'm so glad that I followed his advice. The contact prescription is spot on and the fit is more comfortable than I ever thought possible. I'm expecting my safety and designer lenses to follow suit.
