My first visit as a new patient. Very impressed with every single person in this office from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office..

The staff is very professional and very timely with all my extensive visits (implants top and bottom). I have worked with the front office with 0% disappointments. I have been assigned to Angie (nurse) who has been very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and wonderful to work with. From someone who is not found dental visits, I would not trade Allison at One Smile Dental for anything. She is amazing, supportive, kind and gentle! Thank you Allison for all you do for your customers!

Please contact the dental board if you were wronged by these people. They have to be stopped. This is a Rip off! They take your money do mediocre work and stop all communication with you.

Just by reading the comments one can see this dental office has been substituting the real dentist work with 'good feelings' for majority of patients. People didn't realize the risk they take when things went wrong.

My appointment was canceled 2 days prior to my appointment, my dental issue was taken care of elsewhere.

Had lower denture make. they never fit and the told me this is how they are supposed to be. I went across the rd. To different dentist and was told I shouldn't have dentures made till I had surgery to build up gumline.

After COVID they no longer have the ability to make an appointment. They have canceled my appointment and rescheduled me 4 times in a row. Not to mention that the last time I did actually go in (months before covid) the hygienist was super sick, and she had a mask on but she was coughin and hackin all over the place and on me!! I was asked at least three times for my insurance information over the course of about 6 months. I was then asked for my insurance card when I arrived from my appointment, which had been rescheduled three times already. At no point did anyone tell me that you do not accept my insurance and that I would have to pay for my appointment out of pocket. If I had known that, I would not have taken the time out of my work day and called the insurance company to get my insurance information to you and rescheduled this appointment several times just to come in and pay you $145 for something that should have been free if you had taken my insurance. Not a single person ever told me that you don't accept my insurance, even though you continue to ask for my card and I continued to give it to you. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Then, I asked two times as I was leaving for my records so that I could take them to another dentist. And I was told twice that they would email them to me. I then called four times in the same day and asked why they haven't been emailed to me. And I got the same response each time: that they would be emailed to me by the end of the day. The end of the day came and left and I never received them. What a waste of my time and money. I work hard for my money and you just took over one day's worth of pay from me because of your ignorance and greed and lack of intelligence and courtesy, and you didn't even provide good service. My family and I have been apart of One smile for almost a long time 8 years. For a long time i honestly say it was BRILLIANT service. Past 3 years, with 5 of us going to them always seemed my appointments were rescheduled. or cancelled, then pushed back 2-3 months because they have no appointments left. How can you warranty Density work, if you can't even get your teeth done, like everytime my kids and i were on the books.. IT just soooo happened, they had to be closed or something came up. Today i pretty much quit my Dentist. I can't and will NOT take much more of it. This practice is not ran like it used to be.. make sure you call after your insurance is paid, most likely you won't even know you have a credit balance lingering till the next time you go there, many times i was surprised to find out i had credit linger, mostly 6 months later..NO JOKE .. The whole experience was bad: 1 I called them many times telling them that I had a tooth ache, they were just worried about billing me for cares that I did not need urgently. 2 The day of surgery I ask them, (this is because I already spent two weeks in pain) if they can only remove the infected tooth. There answer was no, we need to reschedule. 3 I am in more pain now that I was last week because they went ahead and perform other treatment that was not necessary at this time. 4 At this point nobody contacted me to know how I am feeling after the surgery. 5 I am only going to go back there because I have to finish the treatment since I am already paying for it. I have tried to reach out to One smile Dentist since November of last year my lower implants did not fit right and I was so tired of going back-and-forth to these people they have sold $2000 of my money and now they do not want to contact me I will not recommend One Smile Dentist to no one. Worst experience I ever had with a dental office. Responded to ad for "mini implants" thinking it would be cheaper, faster than regular ones. Start of care was Nov. 2019. Finally got my products Nov. 2020! Takes six weeks from impressions to end plates. Always had to wait 2 weeks between appointments. Physically saw the dentist about 3 times; total less than 30 min. total over one year. The girls run the office. Not sure of their qualifications. Took me 6 months to have them refund an overpayment in spite of having been given a firm quote for the cost of the treatments before they even began. Don't think they were any cheaper in light of the fact of how many trips I had to make to their office. COVID got blamed for some of the delays. My first final impressions were "lost" or ruined I got differing explanations. After I had waited 6 weeks they decided to tell me they had to redo them. My frustration with them caused me to sometimes complain but the situation was ridiculous. Basically avoid this practice. Now that I have the dentures they need adjustment and are cutting my mouth. Called to have that done. You guessed it...they can't see me for 2 weeks!!! So I have to endure the discomfort of ill fitting dentures till then. Again I say avoid this practice. Nadannia was absolutely great! She was very professional in my consulation and honest with me about my needs. She didn't pressure me into something that I did not need as far as implants. She called me back when she said she would. My only complaint is I started my mini implant process eith a consult with xrays and office Tech to discuss options. Next was to find fonancing and they helped with that. Good to go so scheduled surgery appointment to extravt all top teeth and insert implants. At this point...i never met Dr Collins or had the opportunity to address my questions or concerns with him prior to being drugged and starting surgery. Every time I scheduled a follow up, I only see techs. Never have seen Dr Collins since surgery...even when 2 implants failed. However. His office staff is very knowledgeable. I chipped a tooth Sunday night at dinner. It didn't hurt, but it was on the inside of the tooth, and I kept rubbing it with my toungue, and the tip of it was getting really irratated. I spent a good part of Monday trying to find a dentis to fix it for me. I have dental insurance through my Medicare supplement with Humana, so I wanted to find someone in network that could take care of it right away. I called several dental offices, and none of them could see me until the end of October. I was getting really frustrated and discouraged. Then I called One Smile Dental. No automated answering system where you have to press a bunch of numbers to get somewhere, but a real live person answered my call. I can't remember the young lady's name who answered, but she was terrific. I told her my situation, and she told me to come in on Tuesday (today) at 2:20, and the doctor would see me. A very nice facility and a friendly and caring staff. It was a short wait, and they took me into an exam room. The assistant took a couple of x-rays and some pictures, and then Dr. Collins came in. He looked at the x-rays and pictures, and then at my broken tooth. I thought that they were just going to look and evaluate my tooth, but Dr. Collins asked me to give him a few minutes and he would be back to take care of it. What great service and staff. Dr. Collins took care of my tooth quickly and easily, and, I have an appointment for tomorrow (Wendsday) for a routine cleaning and exam. I had a horrible toothache. Went to get it checked. I was prescribed antibiotics and Motrin. I have Fibromyalgia and take Motrin daily, so obviously the Motrin was not working for my tooth pain. I saved the $357 to get one tooth pulled and went back. The dental assistant Gabby told me I should have called and not suffered. She would make sure I got something different for pain. So I got the tooth pulled and went home. They were supposed to call in the medicine. A few hours later I find out they called in Motrin, so I called and asked to speak to Gabby. Then I called back right before they closed and was told she was going to call me right back. She never did. I called the next morning after they opened. I was told Dr. Collins was not allowed to call in anything but Motrin due to some Covid19 rules. I told her I didn’t believe that. I called the pharmacy and was told that was not true. I ended up going to the emergency room, due to the pain. Finally 24 hours later I was able to rest. Dr. Collins and his staff have never called me back. It was very clear I was lied too. There is only one dentist there, Nathan Collins DDS. He owns the business so it is a small and personal business, not like a big national dental chain. One Smile Dental has their own "insurance" plan. I dropped the plan I had and switched to theirs. Dental cleanings twice a year are FREE and 20% off all other work. They also give a discount for complete payment (rather than making payments). Dr Collins will talk to you and give you advice without charging you every time you walk in the door. STOP...DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! My family went to get our teeth cleaned in March of 2017. My husband had extra work done on his teeth per the dental assistant's advice. When we finished, we went to check out. I asked what was due for the visit and I was told that my husband owed $101.20 on his work. I asked about what was owing on my daughter and myself and I was told "nothing". I asked if there would be a co-pay and I was told "No". "Are you sure?" was my reply. The billing agent said that she had already called over to our insurance and she confirmed that we would owe nothing except what is owed on my husband's portion. We paid the amount of $101.20, made a return appointment for my husband and left. My husband return a few weeks later and had additional work done. When he went to check out, he was told he owed "$51.20" for that day. He paid it and left. A month or so later, we received a bill for "$214.60". Over the last year, I have tried to call numerous times to get this resolved. At first, I was told that they were to busy to help me and they would call back, but they didn't. Then I tried to call and the phone number referenced on the bill was disconnected. WHAT? I finally decided that they would get a hold of me if they wanted payment. About a week ago, I received a phone call from a collection agency saying that my account was referred to them. To say the least, I was upset! Every day since then, this collection agency has called me with varying phone numbers. Basically, I am being HARASSED! I called One Smile dental today to give them the opportunity to correct their mistake (the # is now working, WHAT?). I talked to someone that said her name was Fernanda. I explained to her what I had been told by the billing agent for One Smile dental. She started in on how the insurance company didn't pay for all of what was billed. That we were responsible for what they didn't pay. I proceeded to remind her that we were told by an employee of One Smile dental that we didn't owe anything and this was verified by our insurance company. The dental office is responsible for the people that work for them. If one of these people tells a patient that they owe NOTHING on a bill then the patient should owe NOTHING on that bill! I was told that I would be placed on hold and she would return to me. OH NO! SHE DISCONNECTED OUR CALL! Apparently "One smile dental" over bills their patients, then makes it impossible to contact them, so the patient either pays the bill out of frustration or it gets sent to collection. WOW!
