Terrible and boring impersonal personality. The staff member would barely keep my appt because she lacked a copy of my insurance card. I tried many times to get one . Then after verifying online it was active, she wouldn't check me in for my appt until I called my insurance to fax in an exact copy of it being active which they "don't do" because the same damn thing. It was so time consuming. Then after I was seen and the Dr didn't even chat or speak, I was told after paying my copay that I had to wait til the insurance paid for the exam to get my vision rx.. they were loons. Very rude Dr that needs to stick to Ophthalmology instead of trying to be a regular physician saying that someone else's child has ADHD. This Dr speaks over you when you are trying to speak to him. My child also stated that the Dr raised his voice at him when he was trying to explain something to him concerning his vision. #BadCustomerService, #WorstVisitToASpecialist
