Dr. Neal Edward Bozentka

This is an absolutely phenomenal surgeons office. From the best of the best surgeons, to a state of the art office setting along with highly qualified staff members, the experience of my wisdom teeth extraction could not have been better. Each patient, including myself is taken care of to their fullest potential post surgery along with an overwhelming amount of aftercare instructions from the lovely, highly qualified surgical assistants. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by one of the head assistants, Kate, and she was absolutely incredible. Shout out to you Kate for going above and beyond to make my experience so comfortable. All in all a 10/10. This place is terrific!

No need to fear extractions. They are professionals and make you feel comfortable.

I got a tooth extraction today and Dr. Barreto and her assistant Jenna were absolutely fantastic! They both had such radiant auras and made me feel so comfortable. The surgery was painless and quick. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and the place was clean and professional. I highly recommend this practice! :)

I was very anxious (to put it mildly) and Dr. Bozentka and Tina really helped me get through my extraction. Tina, you deserve a raise! Lol.

I had my implant procedure done one week ago, and couldn't be more pleased with everyone. Dr. Brownsberger is absolutely great ,as well as Miss Rashelle and Miss Kate. I had a little issue being nervous that day and all three of them were so caring and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for how everything went. I must mention everyone up front as well, very thorough, professional, and friendly. I had my extraction and bone graft done here a few months ago, and my son had his wisdom teeth removed here. I will always recommend Dr. Botzentka's office to everyone. Of course they will always be my place for any needs in the future. I just had my wisdom removed Monday and it was overall a great experience! My doctor who did the extraction was super nice! I forgot her name maybe Veronica not sure but she was extremely caring and overall the best! One nurse could of been better with her attitude but overall it was great! I definitely recommend!

Wonderful office staff. They were so helpful and got me in quickly. The Dr was amazing. I didn't feel a thing.

I called to schedule my appointment in the beginning of September. It took several days to get someone to call me back and schedule an appointment after leaving multiple messages. I was told consultations were being scheduled a month out- so I booked an appointment for a Tuesday in October and marked my calendar. I called last week to possibly reschedule my appointment, and again had issues with someone answering the phone. The woman I spoke with informed me the only other dates would be in December, so I decided to keep my OCTOBER appointment , and never did she correct me that my appointment was in November. After leaving work today I called to inform them I would be 10 minutes late, to which I was told my appointment isn’t until next month? I had scheduled a consult. The day of the consult, I called to confirm my appointment prior to getting ready and the team there not only didn’t schedule my appointment, but they were also extremely rude to me about it! would NOT RECOMMEND

My review is based on wisdom teeth extraction at this practice. The doctor that treated my daughter seemed great during the intake evaluation. The office staff were nice but the surgical team left a lot to be desired. My daughter's religious practices need her to have the wisdom teeth which were part of her body returned to her. They gave her the impression that would happened but afterwards they claimed that was against the rules as medical waste. They also, don't really know how to handle special needs people. Her numbing meds wore off before she was awake so of course she woke up in extreme pain and Had a meltdown and one of the nurses came in and yelled at her for being in pain. For a simple extraction they are fine but anything complex, try somewhere else. The practice seems to lose their more capable oral surgeons. Dr Albanese was outstanding. If I would of known he was in Kennett Square we would of made the trip. There was another who was very good also but can’t think of his name. Husband needed 4 extractions plus needed a cyst removed. He was in severe pain. At first they said they could not schedule for a month bc 1 1/2 hours was needed. Then it was a week. Decided to go to Oral surgery at Jefferson Hospital. The whole process took 1/2 hour. That will be our go to from now on. Took my wisdom tooth out super quick (about 3 minutes) while I was awake with almost no discomfort day-of or following day— can’t recommend them enough.

Our family not only relies on the the quality of oral surgical services offered, but we have known Dr. Bozentka many years and he & his staff, always treat us with respect. Our experiences, sometimes urgent, are dealt with a pleasant atmosphere that is important to us as his patients.

Saw Dr. Bozentka for two extractions. I was very impressed with the office. The front desk staff were kind and professional. The assistant was great and the doc was awesome. Checked in with me the whole time through the procedure. Even though he could have easily sold me an expensive bone graft, he told me I didn’t really need one. Had to get an extraction today, a complicated tooth. I also suffer with Trigeminal neuralgia which is an extremely painful condition which an extraction can set off. I was nervous. I met with Dr Brownsberger. He was knowledgeable about my condition ( not all are) and took the time to listen and understand my concerns. He reassured me he would take good care and was soothing to me during the procedure...making sure I was calm and pain free. Everything went great. The office and room was very clean, the staff in front was friendly and inviting. Their billing was up front, you knew exactly what out of pocket would be...overall a good experience. My front tooth #8 was knocked out from a fall I had when I was 10 years old. But the oral surgeon back then was able to save the it. But Im 40 years old now, & that was 30 years ago. So about 3 years ago the tooth was beginning to die and change to a grayish color. So I went to see my dentist about getting an implant. She referred me to Neal Bozentka's office because they couldn't do the grafting. I was set up with Dr. Albonenze at this office. He said after the pulling of the tooth. It would be 3 months until he can place the bone graft. Then 3 months to heal, then the implant. He said I had 4 other teeth he wanted to pull. Two wisdom & two broken teeth. After the procedure I week later I was still in a lot of pain & my mouth wasn't healed. I had to come back & see (this time) Dr. Bozentka for more antibiotics. So 4 months later he set up my appointment for my grafting (not the 3 months like he orginally said). But when I got there (after setting up my sick days ahead of time for my procedure). Dr Albonenze informed me that this was only a 3D scan to see if he could actually do the grafting. And didn't even have a date set up for my grafting yet. At this point I'm very upset. It's been 4 months and I have been dealing with no tooth in the front. I mean, I have Flipper (a fake tooth). But it's not the same and so inconvenient. So appointment is at 8am. They call me at 7:57 am that morning saying that their 3D machine is down. And I'm in the parking lot smh. They finally call me back for a 1:30pm appointment . Just to tell me he can't do the procedure. He said I had too much bone loss. Now he has no control after my bone not coming back. But he could have X ray'ed me at the half way point to determine if the bone was coming back. And he was cold and unapologetic about it. I then was preferred to a bone specialist who said they can perform the procedure. But when I asked to get my 3D scan sent to the Bone specialist. The girls at the front desk keep lied last week & say they mailed it. Now when I called them today, their claiming they are gonna drop it off. Very horrible service & no compassion towards their patients. I wish I could give them a half a star. I intend to bash them on every site I can find. I was gonna let it go. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted with this office. Post op care put me in extreme pain with minor comfort from the medication they prescribed. I assumed after talking to many people about this procedure I would receive similar pain management only to find they offer the bare minimum. It was an excruciating three weeks before I could eat or sleep comfortably so I highly recommend talking about pain management with your doctor before any major procedure. Otherwise I must say they did an amazing job and my recovery had no complications. A week into recovery I thought something was wrong with an extraction site and they saw me almost immediately, nothing was wrong but I was impressed by the level of care provided. Had seen Dr. Bozentka many times in the past few years and the Dr. is the most amazing oral surgeon you can ever have in his care. His staff are absolutely amazing as well. The last few times I've had to get a tooth pulled he even called me personally to ask how I was feeling. You'll never get a better dentist to help you.

Great Experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at Dr. Bozentka's. The staff is just so friendly and the Dr. Was wonderful. The implant coordinator was just so helpful and kind in explaining to me the next steps in my implant processes. This is truly a 5 star office.

Great experience, very clean office and friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and at ease, especially if your one to be scared of the dentist. Front desk girls are super friendly, smiling and very thorough with all my questions and appointment needs! The check out girl is definitely one of my favorite employees there. Dr.Bozentka and his staff are the best. Dr. Bozentka and his staff made dental implant surgery so easy for me. They walked me through the entire surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bozentka and his staff for all your dental surgery needs.

Had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Albanese. Surgery could not have gone better -- only experienced mild pain the first day after removal (easily managed with Tylenol), and hardly any swelling. Would highly recommend this practice, the doctors and staff.

Great surgeons and staff. Had all my wisdom teeth removed recently and staff was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind. I would definitely recommend the surgeons here to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had an appointment for my son for a consult for teeth extraction and waited an hour before walking out. The staff was incredibly rude. I had 2 children with me and watched other patients come after us and leave before we were even seen. We went elsewhere.

I recently had all 4 of my wisdome teeth removed by De. Lee in Dr. Bozentka office. I am 39 and have been putting it off due to my fear of dentists, needles, pain and previous consultations from other less than comforting oral surgeons. After the teeth started bothing me I know I couldn't put if off any longer. I was referred to this office by my new dentist, and after my consultation with Dr. Lee I know she was just the surgeon to do it. She was very knowledgable with a very approachable bedside manner. Two weeks later I had my appointment to get the teeth removed. Everyone in the office was very comforting.
