Wonderful doctor with good heart and empathy

Office worker who seen me prior to seeing this physician informed me that he was a real di**. I was skeptical at first. Later I met him. He asked me leading questions and even answered them for me. He did not listen to my concerns and formed his own opinions. During the exam he kept talking to himself. When I told him that I couldn’t hear him , he said, I’m not talking to you. Really? Dr. Mahboob has doctored me and my family for over 15 years! He's very professional and passionate about our care. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we are wholesome and happy. I really appreciate his kindness, caring attitude, and attention to details that he provides. His staff provides great customer service too! You can really talk to those folks and be treated with dignity and respect. They are always accommodating me when my schedule doesn't work the best. I came to your office and did not try to sway you with emotions. I simply stated the facts regarding my concern and I felt that they were dismissed .

They cancelled my appointment without telling me because the person I had an appointment with didn't show up to work that day, then even though I missed a day of work for this they still couldn't get me in that day, told me I would have to reschedule for another day or wait until later this evening just in case she decides to show up but they can't guarantee that she will so it's best for me to just get another appointment and miss another day of work.
