Both my husband and I were disappointed with our one visit with this doctor. The appointment was a one hour consultation for a complex issue. The assistant who said that she was premed was wearing flipflops and she and the exam room and office were not clean. I am guessing that she is a rehab client. The doctor showed up at 9:35 for a 9AM appointment, he did not review the extensive questionnaire that we had carefully filled out and he did not review any of the workup already done through Sutter. He was in the exam room less than 20 minutes. I found him on the Sutter site, it is my mistake that I thought that he would be connected with Sutter. The labs that he ordered were perfunctory at best and he said that his "staff" would call to schedule a colonoscopy. We waited months with no calls, so scheduled with another GI for the procedure. We were hoping that his description as 'specializing in difficult to diagnose problems" meant that he would be up to the challenge.

I participated in Dr. Nedley's Depression Recovery program in 2015. It dramatically transformed my life. I cannot begin to explain how greatly I and my family have benefitted because I want to this program!

Dr. Nedley is an expert with labs. I showed him my labs that another doctor had returned to me with no concern. Dr. Nedley recognized that my liver enzymes indicated that I had something going on. After some additional testing and a liver ultrasound, he caught my auto-immune hepatitis and put me on a protocol that has kept it controlled for years. Although a busy physician, he takes time to care about his patients and will provide you with excellent care. If you don’t understand why he is doing something, he is able to give you scientific evidence for his recommendations. He blends holistic treatment with modern medicine in a manner best for individual needs.

I participated in Dr. Nedley's Depression recovery program and had multiple meetings with Neil as well as a follow up visit months later. He's a bit of a quack honestly but let me give the whole story. He is well versed in using otc and more naturalistic treatments (theraputic use of high dose vitamins andminerals) for minor issues but when is comes to something more substantial he didn't know any more than any other doctor I've seen. Further more after perscribing me 50mg of zinc daily he reccomended increasing it to 100mg daily. As 2 seconds of research on google yields, a doses above 50mg have been found to cause toxicity. Let alone 100mg. When I brought this up he brushed it off and didn't really address it or my concern. Additionally he lied to me (or flat out forgot) about offering to provide advice on some bloodwork free of charge because of a mishap on his offices part to begin with. When the time came he tried charge me and curiously had no recollection of the agreement.
