Dr. Neil Robert Winkler

Dr. Winkler is very attentive and concerned even when you're a new patient. (as was I) He examined me with the utmost care and very precisely diagnosed my problem (which was serious) and decided to send me to a retinal specialist for treatment. Words can't describe how professional this man is. His "bedside" manner is unparalleled. He listened to what I said seriously and answered all of my questions to put me completely at ease. He succinctly outlined the treatment he wanted me to have and went the extra mile to ensure I would be treated quickly. His follow up exam was just as thorough. I would recommend him to my dearest family members with complete confidence.

terrible personality , major A hole, not pleasant to be around at all. unprofessional . I would rather drive to Green Bay than go back there.
