Excellent staff. Minimum waiting and friendly Doctor giving plenty of time for asking questions. At next visit will appreciate being notified beforehand if a scan will be billed in addition to insurance copay.

Super nice staff and Dr's. Nice clean and bright reception area with glasses displayed tastefully. No need for eye dilation during your visit since they have the latest tach to view inside your eyes. I have been a patient here for 5+ years.

Visions Eye Care has been my go to for years. The service is the best. Dr. Gould has always given me the best of care and Laurie is the best at picking out frames. The best place for perfect eye care. Highly recommend.

I definitely will give my ophthalmologist a five, they deserve it since I been going. They keep you comfortable, pleasant staff. No long waiting periods, most important observing that every machine, tools they use is always sanitize. Waiting area to bathroom is spic n Span! Dr. Explain every detail n answer all questions. One of the best equipped vision centers I've ever seen - well organized diagnostic facilities with all new equipment. Dr. Gould is thorough (he even repeated a test to make sure he had accurate results) and takes the time to discuss results and options. Dr. Gould and Dr. Sostilio are very kind, helpful and informative. I had great experiences with both of them having an eye exam as well as a contact lens fitting. The staff is super friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Huuum! What can I say!! From his techs, friendly front staff and Dr Gould new associate. They are the best of the best! I've been under his care since I was 12 and I'm now 36! Never had the need to go anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

Excellent doctor! Staffs are also very professional and welcoming!

The staff were very helpful and informative, and assisted me right away every time I came in, making my time there very pleasant. They also had a great selection of eyewear.

Update: 5/16- Just went in to pick up the glasses. We were extra sensitive based on our previous experience. I thought there was going to be a battle to get these glasses. IT WAS ACTUALLY A PLEASANT VISIT. The Doctor took his time with our 10 year old. He was patient and kind. He explained how to take care of them, which was perfect because our child hasn't had glasses before. We left feeling relieved. We even made another appointment. I can't say why our first visit went down the way it did. We can only give them the benefit of the doubt and figure we just caught them on an off day. We all have our moments, maybe things were just out of sorts that first visit. Hopefully we continue having a positive experience. Thank you for your effort and patience today! Update: 5/10- This place has been quite disappointing. The Doctor is not the issue. There is a man at the front desk that has been truly horrible. We have a child with no glasses who can't see and the front desk couldn't care less. We were told we had to schedule a Friday pick up even though we said it was inconvenient, only to find out the Dr. is not even there Friday's. Now we have to take another day off to go back Wednesday. Hopefully we have a better experience when we go back. Now to let the school know why our 5th grader can't see the board. We just called to set up an appointment and spoke to Lori. Very polite, funny and very helpful. The precedent is set for a pleasant visit. Excellent service I have been going to Dr Gould for over 2 decades and the service has always been superior

Dr. Gould provides exceptional care and is extremely knowledgeable of other medical conditions that may impact optometry. I totally trust his treatment plan and recommendation.

(1) I lost my glasses and have allergic conjunctivitis. (2) For a replacement pair and treatment, I went to my previous Optometrist's office. (3) Building Owner advised me that they had closed doors without notifying me or others. (4) In person, I checked out a another place in Westport..not good on-line reviews. (5) So, I "googled" eye specialists in Fairfield. Dr. Gould sounded like a "good". (6) I phoned, saw him an hour later, and two hours later had a prescription for conjunctivitis, a script to replace my lost glasses and another script for distance glasses which I knew I needed. (7) All is well. Brian his Asst. was great as were the other Staff and Techs. The new glasses will be here in 3-5 days. (8) Couldn't be happier. Thank you all at Dr. Gould's office. Dr. Gould is exceptionally knowledgeable. He takes time to answer my questions and explains the conditions I need to be aware to maintain healthy vision. I totally trust his treatment plan and recommendations.

Simply phenomenal. Dr. Gould and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was seen quickly and treated appropriately. I drive 45 minutes to see him and it is so worth it!

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Gould and have always had excellent service from him and his staff. The experience is so much better than what the 'vision mills' can offer. He has also seen me on very short notice a time or two for more medical eye problems. I highly recommend his practice.
