Dr. Ngo C. Phan

Dr. Ngo Phan is my primary provider for the last couple of years. They are resourceful, patient, and knowledgeable any time I visit. It is so easy to make an appointment and never have a wait time. Everyone who works here is always super friendly and always tries to help in whatever way they can, strongly recommend it!

ok, I was quick to judge with my review of 1 then 2 stars, originally I was very upset with the way I was treated, still doesn’t excuse the actions of the front desk, but my nurse practitioner was amazing. She doesn’t fit in with the rest of the rude people working here, she went out of her way to treat me with compassion and made me want to come back for treatment. She’s only there Monday’s, I can’t remember her name but I’m so happy she works here otherwise I’d never step foot in here again. This was my original review-Was not allowed to enter the building because of my vaccination status, after I asked permission to enter, I was givin my new patient paperwork and asked to leave the building and wait outside. The paperwork is so sloppy, not only poorly copied but is not legible. When I tried to address it to a staff member they dismissed the fact that I was talking and walked away. So far everyone I’ve been in contact with has been unprofessional and rude. Dr. Ngo Phan is primary provider for my family. My family feel blessed under his care. It is so easy to make appointment, and their team really spends time to listen and answer pt’s concerns. Plus, the doctor and NPs really did their assessment before diagnosing any medical conditions. My dad is heavy smoker, I tried to convince him to quit smoking but not successful. Jena, NP spent her time almost an hour to explain the risk of smoking, and offering Nicotine patch to cut down the craving gradually. Now, my dad only smokes one or 2 cigarettes per day. Dr. Ngo Phan is primary provider for my family. My family feel blessed under his care. It is so easy to make appointment, and their team really spends time to listen and answer pt’s concerns. This doctor cares more about MONEY than the patient's health. And this in itself poses big risks to the patients under his care. Run away from him! He's really just a salesman with an MD label.

He doesn't provide services to kids anymore yet still has "Family" in "Ngo Phan, M.D. Family Practice Clinic". He used to be a great family doctor, but now full of himself. Very condescending. Some of the staffs were very nice. He moved to a new location and the clinic doesn't seem very welcoming now. Time for a new family doctor. Is this a doctor office or a prison? Doctor Phan seems a nice guy but his staffs are the worst people. They mostly are so rude and importantly they don't know what they are doing. They are bad at keeping their promise. For instance, on Nov7th, and Nov 8th, I called to the office to ask online submission for the doctor's note. Having long discussion and waiting on the line, one of the staffs called me that I would receive the doctor's note via email on Nov8th. However, they have never sent me the doctor's note and I have missed my blood test for an urgent medical condition. If you are looking for a professional and a serious medical staff, I highly recommend somebody else. Doctor Phan seems a nice guy but his staffs are the worst people. Very friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and clean, no long waiting. Doctor Phan is very knowledgeable and helpful.

My best doctor in town! I got to know Dr Phan from my last hospitalization at San Gabriel medical center. I used to be in a very bad shape, in and out of hospital many times. Dr Phan saved my life when I was really sick in the ICU there. I finally got better after a month in the hospital and first thing I did when I got home was to switch my PCP to Dr Phan. Dr Phan used to be my dad’s favorite doctor and now he’s my favorite dr too. He always listens to my problems and cares about what I have to say.
