Dr. Nicholas A Fiore II

Dr. Fiore was fantastic, picking up a last minute appointment on a holiday to see my toddler who had pinched the tip of his finger really badly, nail completely gone, flesh missing, and all. Against other doctors' recommendations he advised against surgery that would shorten his finger by a few mm, and indeed about 6 weeks later the finger almooooost regained its original shape. All office visits, weekly change of bandages went great. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fiore to family and friends.

Dr. Fiore did surgery on my right hand for a trigger thumb. Since surgery I have had better mobility. Dr. Fiore and his staff are great. They really take good care of you and handle everything very professionally. I am so thankful I found Dr. Fiore and I am so please with his care and expertise in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Fiore if you have any need for a great hand specialist.

I cant speak enough praise for this doctor and his staff. They are simply amazing. He did surgery on my right elbow for cubital tunnel and the healing process was easy. He informed me of everything to expect and I went into the process with the ability to make sure things went the way they were supposed to go. The aftercare was just as amazing. Every question I had was answered quickly and in a way I could understand. He didn't bog me down with too many doctors' terms, and when he did use them, he explained what they were and what they meant for me. His staff in the office are always so nice and helpful. I had an issue getting to an appointment and when I called them, they were able to slot me in later in the same day. They also were so diligent and patient in dealing with the VA. I'm sure everyone knows the horrors of dealing with that system, but they navigated it wonderfully and were able to get everything lined up so I didn't have to worry about anything when it came time for surgery. I 100% recommend this doctor to anyone needing such services.

I broke a bone in my hand right before I needed to travel out of the country for a week. Dr. Fiore and his staff made room to see me and get me into a splint immediately. Dr. Fiore went over all my options explaining the pros and cons, and the treatment we ultimately decided on was painless, and I have full use of my hand again. Everyone at his office is friendly and knowledgeable, and Claudia especially went out of her way to make sure I was able to be fit into their busy schedule for my initial visit. I hope I never injure my hand like this again, but if I do, I'll be going back to Dr. Fiore for my care.

My initial encounter with Dr. Fiore was for treatment of "trigger finger". Dr Fiore's professionalism in all aspects of visit was off the charts. Non invasive initial treatment was done but unfortunately symptoms returned and out patient surgery followed. Dr. Fiore personally performed the procedure and I have had a 100% full no issue recovery. My visit today was for a nodule on my palm. Dr. Fiore diagnosed and we have in place a game plan to monitor at this time. Dr. Fiore's office staff also has played a huge role in my visits. All members, including Terry and Claudia, are professional and caring with all patients. The staff is a reflection of the doctor in a medical office and in this office it shows both ways. They are the BEST..!

What an awesome experience! I had been going to another "specialist", but opted to go to Mr. Fiore for a 2nd opinion and discuss Xiaflex. From my 1st call, my situation was handled with care and professionalism. They did everything they said they would do. They contacted my insurance beforehand and informed me of the cost I would be responsible for at my appointment. When I arrived, the front office could not have been more efficient. Dr. Fiore took so much time with me to explain everything about my condition, where I was in the progression and offered options. I only needed a steroid shot at this appointment and Dr. Fiore's assistant could not have been more comforting and helpful. I have a new specialist in Dr. Fiore! Thank you all!

I cannot say enough good things about this Doctor and Staff. I had both wrists carpal tunnel release done 5 months apart and both surgeries were 100% successful. Dr. Fiore has one of the best bedside manners I've encountered and his Staff is beyond friendly and competent. The Surgery Center he is affiliated with (Northwest) is also the best and they have a brand new facility to boot. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking care in this field.

I had trigger finger release surgery on both hands. Dr. Fiore's office and surgery center are top notch. A class operation all around including staff as well as Dr. Fiore himself. 100% satisfied and recommend him without reservation. He is the best!

Experienced pain in both hands. Dr. Fiore handled all appropriate tests. Completed surgery on both hands over a three month period. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. Nurses at his office and the out patient surgery center were excellent as was Dr. Fiore. Overall a very good experience.

Both elbow ulner nerve transpositions and carpal surgeries. Great Doctor and excellent care. Good outcomes. Absolutely recommend his services and his caring team.

Due to Covid lay-offs, my insurance was running out in less than one month (July 31, 2020). Dr. Fiore and his staff moved heaven and earth to ensure my consults, surgeries (right and left hand - carpal tunnel), and post-op follow ups coincided with my insurance constraints. I am so thankful they took the time to make this happen for me. NO MORE HAND PAIN! My surgeries were one week apart from one another and the results are nothing short of amazing. I am right-hand dominant; so, that hand is still a little tender. However, my range of motion, grip strength, and ability to complete tasks using fine motor skills is well ahead of schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fiore and his amazing staff!

Visited Dr. Fiore for left trigger thumb. After conservatively treating the problem with steroid injections in the thumb area, we decided on surgery. My initial visits for diagnosis, injections prior to surgery, were absolutely top notch! Appointments are on time, his staff is courteous, thorough and professional - with an easygoing friendly rapport that is obviosuly a result of Dr. Fiore's personality and style of practicing medicine. The surgery was handled very professionally, follow up from Dr. Fiore's office and the surgery center was thorough. His office shedules a follow up visit with the on site physical therapist to insure everything is progressing as it should. Less than 2 weeks after surgery, my thumb is completely healed and feeling better than it has in years. This is my second operation with him - fabulous results. My only recommendation for this site is to increase the number of stars. 5 is not enough. This is the way medicine should be practiced !

9 month ago (2/5/19), Dr Fiore did surgery on my right hand for carpel tunnel syndrome. Still I have swellen hand that I have to massage it and stretch it to be able to make a fist! I have lost my fine motion of my right hand????It was supposed to get my strength back within 3-4 month??I’m right handed and feeling frustrated when I can’t use my right hand adequately.

Dr Fiore has done three surgeries on me first removed a ganglia cyst went great second had three fractures in my right wrist. Gave me three options to choose we both decided to put three pins in and removed later came out perfect now perfectly fine.He also has a therapist on site very convenient and they were very professional.Third left hand corporal tunnel and trigger finger thumb was very pleased. His surgical centers were also fantastic .Dr Fiore and his staff are top notch highly recommend him Perry Keller 9/30/2019

Blonde staff lady argumentative. Dr Fiore made the comment, “”It would look better for me if I went ahead and released you back to work”. This comment was made in front of a worker’s compensation nurse. Would not refer!

Dr. Fiore’s office took me in Dr. Fiore’s office took me in quickly after an injury and helped me get back to work asap. I’d also had issues with pain, numbness and tingling, and because of the care and friendliness of Dr. Fiore and his staff, they were the ones I called to discuss options. I was able to have my surgery scheduled when it worked best with my work schedule to allow for the most recuperating time, and I had my first good night’s sleep in years after the surgery. It’s difficult to even see a mark on my wrist where Dr. Fiore performed the carpal tunnel surgery. He was also the one who recommended waiting on my shoulder pain until after this surgery-and he was right!! No more shoulder pain! I’m now sitting in the office just a little over a week out from the surgery on my left wrist, and I couldn’t recommend any doctor more!! Such a friendly, caring doctor..and a terrific staff!!

Saw Dr Fiore for for injury to my little/pinky finger. Dx was that I had broken the finger. Treatment plan was for therapy to help regain range of motion, strength and function. Have had approx 6 weeks therapy with very good results. My therapist, Caitlin has been excellent. Dr Fiore and his entire staff have been friendly and professional. Office seems to run well with minimal wait times. Terri and Claudia and the office staff all very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have had 3 surgeries done by Dr. Fiore, he is hands down the best! Great bedside manor, amazing office staff, and a nice facility. 5/5 Stars!

Dr. Fiore put a plate on my broken wrist and repaired a surprise ruptured tendon. He is a very empathetic Dr. and explained everything until I understood. The staff knows you, your condition and reminds you what to do, and not (specifically Terri)! They are all very friendly and helpful - always! Caitlyn is a superb Occupational Therapist and counselor! I completed therapy ahead of schedule. Dr. Fiori and his entire staff have uncompromising integrity and kindness which is not often found.

Dr. Fiore performed Carpal Tunnel & Cubital Tunnel surgery for me in January. I had almost no pain afterwards & I attribute that to Dr. Fiore's skillful, careful surgery. Dr. Fiore is very kind. His office is the most efficient doctor's office I have ever experienced. They are punctual, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Fiore!

Very caring, always ready to answer questions regardless of time. He is very thorough and made sure my daughter has full range of movement. My daughters is very happy. In short he is so good that I drive 1 1/2 hr. to go to his office

Dr. Fiore II and his staff were absolutely amazing! I came to them with a severed tendon (which I thought would never be right again). Dr Fiore II and his staff took excellent care of me. WOW! I am a registered nurse of 20 years and have worked with dozens of doctors. Some with wonderful "bedside manor", others not so much. Dr. Fiore is one of the most caring, attentive doctors I have come across. I saw him as a patient in August 2018 and the experience was wonderful. He makes you feel at ease while informing you of procedures, side effects etc and you can see his level of caring and knowledge. Also his support staff is incredible, both nursing and office staff.

Both hands needed carpal tunnel surgery. I picked Dr Fiore to do that surgery and I am very happy to say, it was a GREAT decision on my part! From my initial consultation, thru both surgeries 2 weeks apart, and the follow up visits, I was pleasantly surprised every time. Never had to wait for my appointment, easy to work with, calls from the office staff after the surgeries to check on me...all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Fiore if you are looking for a hand surgeon!

Dr. Fiore and his staff -- uber efficient, courteous, effective. I was able to have nerve study and get results the same day as my intake appointment. So helpful, as I was having acute pain and weakness. Surgery made a huge difference, again scheduling easy and not much lead time. Office staff very knowledgeable. Considering there are many other things we all would rather be doing, I highly recommend Dr. Fiore!

I highly recommend Dr. Fiore for anyone with hand/wrist problems. I have been treated for both thumbs/wrists and the injections he did were the least painful injections I've ever had. I've worked in Orthopaedics for many years and he is one of the finest, he also has a great staff which is wonderful!

Dr Fiore and his staff really know how to take care of a patient. My wait time was almost nil, his staff was there to assist me and Dr Fiore when he needed them, and Dr Fiore to all the time in the world to make sure I understood my options, the procedure, listen to my concerns or questions, and there to comfort me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Fiore for any type of hand issues one may be having.

Fantastic doctor. I had surgery on my hand and Dr. Fiore did an excellent job. He is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. I highly recommend him and his practice. He took his time to discuss treatment options and clearly laid out the plus and minus associated with each one.

Doctor Fiore is an excellent surgeon .He performed carpal tunnel surgery on both of my wrists and Both hands are operating at full strength and there is barely a noticeable scar on either wrist .I would recommend doctor Fiore to anyone who has carpal tunnel syndrome or any other hand or wrist injuries In addition to his excellent he is also a very friendly accommodating individual .

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Fiore and his staff. Friendly and courteous from the front to the back. Very little wait time. Dr Fiore is very caring and compassionate about his profession. Explains in detail the procedure and answers any and all questions. So glad I chose Dr Fiore to do the Carpal Tunnel surgery on my hand. Went in with excruciating pain and came out pain free. Dr Fiori is an excellent doctor. I have only 1 complaint which concerns giving out your social security number. I refused, as medical providers cannot require that information for services, and was charged an additional $100 to be seen.

Dr. Fiore, MD and his ENTIRE STAFF at both locations on FM 1960 and off 290 are remarkable and GREAT staff professionals. Our experience at both locations was FIVE STAR SERVICE!! We recommend them HIGHLY!!!

When I broke my left arm at the wrist in February of 2017, Dr Fiore installed a plate and screws in my wrist with little pain and no complications. It is easy to see why he was selected to be one of the best doctors in town. He quickly responds to patient needs and questions and his staff-especially PT-were all friendly, caring and very patient oriented. I highly recommend Dr Fiore to anyone needing hand or wrist surgery.

Dr. Fiore has done carpal tunnel surgery on both my wrists and trigger finger release surgery on my right middle finger. The carpal tunnel surgeries were very successful. The relief was immediate in both cases. Over the last two and half years, I have had many appointments with Dr. Fiore and I have always found him to be thoroughly professional, energetic and personable. His staff is excellent. They are all professional and friendly and helpful. They are all rock stars as staff.

Dr. Fiore is very knowledgeable about problems with the hand and wrist. He is very professional and always explains what is going on and what he suggests to solve the problem. His office is run very professionally and wait time is always very minimum. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiore for trigger finger/thumb or carpal tunnel.

Dr. Fiore is a very good and patient person. I had three hand surgeries with him and now my hands are doing very good. His bedside manner is great. He talked to me and explained everything he was going to do and the results from the surgery. Everything was just as he explained and now I am doing very well with no scares from the surgery.

Dr. Fiore was very thorough in the care that was given. We felt very comfortable with his professionalism from the first appointment all the way through the surgery and follow up care. His staff was also very nice and professional and helpful. We would recommend Dr. Fiore and his staff very highly.

Dr. Fiore is an awesome doctor. He helped me with my hand that I have been in a lot of pain with for over a year. I recommend him. His staff is awesome.

My experience with Dr. Fiore and his entire staff at his office and surgery center have been excellent! fabulous! wonderful! He has done a fantastic job with my skin graft on my finger after I had cancer surgery on it. Everything has been perfect! I highly recommend Dr. Fiore and his staff!!! They were efficient, extremely friendly, and punctual. I have never had such a pleasant experience (not even close to) with any other doctor. Fantastic Doctor! He really listens and spends a lot of time with his patients. We have been going to him for about a year. My daughter had to have wrist surgery and he is so great with both the kids and parents. Very knowledgable.

I visited Dr. Fiore for a mallet finger early March. He took X-ray for my finger, and explained to me. Since the tendon injury is not severe, he let a nurse to wrap the finger. She helped me pick a plastic finger splint. The whole took about 20 mins. I paid at the charges at his clinic: $150 for the visit and $15 for the splint. A month later, I received the bill which was filed to insurance: Office Visit $331, X-Ray $95, Repair Finger Tendon $1537, FO PIP/DIP $100. What a rip-off!
