Nicholas Frandy Gardner

I used to be a big fan of Dr Gardner but the last time I was in his chair, he messed up my tooth bonding color and it took me nearly storming out crying for him to fix it and he didn’t even fix it.. the color bonding he used was way too yellow and they even admitted that the company must have changed the formula or something because that was was he had down for what was used on me last time. I told him it was too yellow and SO noticeable and I started to cry to the assist, she finally got him back in the room, he told me I was “high maintenance” he took a little bit of the yellow bonding off of it and added a lighter color which might have worked if he did it correctly but it’s still too yellow and it’s so uneven and chipping. I know this isn’t right because the first time he did this bonding, it lasted 2 years before I had an impact to it break it off. This time I’ve done nothing to it and it’s only been a few short months. I told him it wasn’t right, they said it was too close to closing to do anything else. I’ve called since.. They want to charge me to fix it again and I’m so heartbroken. They don’t accept my insurance now and won’t fix their mistake. I absolutely was in love I cried the first time he fixed it because my teeth looked beautiful he did such a good job, I left a sparkling review, I was so giddy, I couldn’t stop smiling, and I was SO proud to say “go to Dr Gardner!”… but now it seems he really did not care about me at all or the work he did on my mouth. I don’t really show my teeth anymore. It affects me a lot, daily. Pretty sure the whole experience has got to do with how I refuse to just do a crown, he just doesn’t care and wants this to keep breaking down so I’ll cave and do the more expensive procedure. But I cannot afford that. Especially now that they don’t take my insurance. Hopefully I can find a better dentist with my new insurance. I’m so sad at my experience. I am VERY happy with all the staff at Dr. Gardners office. They are always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am from out-of-town and couldn’t get home to my dentist. Dr. Gardner’s staff was able to see me right away. I received excellent care. The office is in a restored Main Street building. It is well-equipped, very clean, and the people are amazingly friendly.

My experience was good for a first visit with a new Dentist. Dr Gardner was very informative and the Hygienists were very helpful. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone who needs care. The office was clean and orderly and the receptionist was helpful.

Dr. Gardner puts you at ease and does the best dental health care I have ever experienced and I'm a chicken head when it comes to pain! And the office music is cool too.

I never liked going to the dentist and put it off until I broke a tooth. I made an appointment with Dr. Gardner and have to say it was the best decision I could have made. He provided great care while being kind. He has a wonderful support staff and would recommend him 100%

I've been a patient for about 10 years and I am always confident in excellent care by Dr. Gardner and his competent and friendly staff!

I feared going to the dentist, and put it off for years after a bad experience when I was a child. Nick and his staff makes you feel super comfortable, and even the more painful procedures I've had to have done in the past year have left me feeling thankful that they take care of myself and my family's dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Gardiner for many years. He provides a high level of service without selling you a service you do not need. If you don’t need it he does not needlessly try to “sell” you on a procedure not necessary for you to have. I struggled in pain for weeks with a filling gone wrong NOBODY could/would get me in. minimum of three weeks wait period!! I gave up looking after two weeks searching. My mom ended up feeling sorry for me and found this wonderful place! They got me in NEXT day!!!! Simply cannot say enough about Dr. Gardner and the crew. However, I CAN tell you that I was so pleased with their kindness, concern and support and FAMILY vibe that I I sent my fiance there for multiple extractions. ( he had two done here and was so happy he will be returning for any further dental work ) I myself am now transferred as well. Also....once 2019 hits I'm switching insurance for all three of my kiddos so that they can have the best of the best as well. AAAAAND (YES THERES MORE !) Dr Gardner and his staff are very friendly. I have had major work done and there was no real pain after the procedure. Dr Gardner even followed up after the procedure to check on my well being. I highly recommend Dr Gardner.

I have been a customer for a long time and my experience with the entire staff is outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and polite to me each time I go to the office. Let me share a short experience I had and how they resolved the matter completely. So my teeth were extremely sensitive to the cold. So I went to Dr. Gardner thinking that the worst tooth may have to be pulled. Dr. Gardner asked me if I used a CPAP machine, and I said no. He stated the a lack of deep sleep, could contribute to teeth issues as well as other health issue, so he encouraged my to have my regular doctor to see if I needed one. At the same time he recommended that I let him make me a mouth guard for when I sleep and see if that helped. Well I did, and I went to my doctor and found that I needed a CPAP machine too. These things helped but not completely so my next with I spoke to Dr. Gardner and my dental hygienist Jelisa (best ever). She recommended a few fluoride treatments and the Doc agreed. After a few treatments and following her recommendation to change my toothpaste to Sensodyne toothpaste. My issue is now fully resolved. So thanks to the Doc Andy Jelisa my teeth now are completely pain free. So take my recommendation Andy go to the dental in Northern NY you can find it at Nicholas’s Gardner DDS on Main st. I had an emergency cosmetically with my front tooth and with my wedding in less than 2 months, I needed it fixed asap. I went to my normal dentist who said there was nothing they could do about it. I called Dr. Gardner (who I haven't been to in 15 years because I changed insurances) and they got me in within 24 hours and fixed it the same day!! Dr. Nick and his staff are great! Coming from someone who used to work for him, I can say He treats his employees so wonderfully! which says a lot about someone. An office with a happy and cared for staff is much nicer to be around. As well as his laid back and personable character! The care you will receive from him is next to none. I want to give a huge shout out to Dr Nicholas Gardener and his amazing staff! Went last Tuesday for a cleaning and X-rays. I have such anxiety about the dentist but after a few years of going to him I no longer have such anxiety. Excellent patient care and wonderful dental hygienists! I love you Jelisa Hartle! Also, I have a severe teeth clenching problem. Doc took the time to really figure out what was going on and I now have a custom made splint I wear every night and no more headaches, jaw pain, or face pain! It has even stopped my horrible snoring. I swear by it and he checks it from time to time to make sure the fit is right. All included with the cost of the splint (which is something like the Invisalign braces on bottom teeth) for as many times as I need to go back for adjustments. Well worth the $$. Over the last 15 years my husband and I have lived in Boston, NY, CT and now Texas. With that being said, we’ve had our fair share of dentists over the years. We've never had a bad experience or disliked any dentist who have treated us. However, once we met Dr. Nick and his staff, we couldn’t imaging ourselves going to see another dentist EVER. I was recommended to Dr. Gardner through co-workers when I moved to the area years ago, and I would not choose another dentistry practice. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable, yet proficient- I am never in the waiting room long. About a year ago I started having jaw pain from grinding my teeth.
