My second favorite doctor of all time. He was thorough and friendly. His bedside manner is outstanding! Saw him when I broke my toe, and I’m getting ready to call him again because I have a new foot issue. I’d recommend!

Can’t say enough how great Dr Sama and his Assistant Joe are!! My 83 yr old mom had a traumatic fall breaking her femur and hip. Being on vacation from Canada my mom wasn’t safe to be transported home. Surgery had to be done here in Florida when it was safe for her. After 6 days of waiting finally her medical condition allowed for surgery. We have NEVER felt so confident in Surgeons in our lives. We knew everything would be ok. Dr Sama and Joe were not just beyond skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly, caring, informative and encouraging. Our upmost gratitude goes out to both Dr Sama and Joe. Forever great full . Extremely professional, had knee surgery 3 months ago for a serious tibial plateau fracture after a ski accident. Have had an excellent recovery so far already full weight bearing, almost full range of motion, no complications. Dr. Sama is really a master in his specialty.

Very friendly, very throw. My husband is having a great experience with Dr Sama. My husband and I wish all of our experiences with all doctors could be this good.

I can't recommend Dr. Sama highly enough. He is through, takes his time and makes excellent recommendations for care. He also explains the options clearly including both the downsides and upsides of treatment.

Have seen Dr. Sama twice in the last month (auto accident related issues) and each time he explained in detail the results of my Xrays and MRI imaging. He actually had me view the pictures and explained in detail what was what and what/where my problem area was. He did this in a very personable and patient manner. This is a very competent physician who understands that the need to communicate clearly with the patient is a very high priority in any overall treatment plan.

A terrific MD who has helped me with several issues. I always recommend him.

Simply the best orthopedic doctor around. Dr. Sama is brilliant, kind and highly skilled in his work. I am very active in sport and naturally that comes with a few bumps along the way (especially when you get up there in age). Dr. Sama keeps me going.

I find Dr. Sama’s bedside manner beyond superb. His Integrity and knowledge are quite impressive. And a sense of professionalism that surpasses the best with the oratorical skills of a saint. I came to him with a serious post traumatic injury from a car accident and has been helping me manage pain and giving me options.

Dr.Sama was a pleasure to meet and also speak with. He took his time to go over my MRI results and gave me a course of action to take. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him(and have) to anyone that may need an Orthopedic Dr.

My 15 yo son had Collarbone surgery Amazing!!! Less than 24 hrs no pain at all Full range of motion in the first week Dr Sama explains everything so detailed and caring as well as his staff and hospital Couldn’t be happier!!

Dr.Sama did an excellent job as an orthopedic surgeon in repairing my fractured shoulder a few years ago.Now I go see him for me Synvisc knee injections.He is a super friendly and compassionate surgeon.And takes time answering your questiond.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Nicholas Sama is likely the finest doctor I have ever met. He is extremely thorough and a gifted practitioner. I have never had a doctor speak so thoroughly and straightforward to me. He takes great care to educate you, in layman's terms. Never pressures you or "sells" you. Gives you all the data and helps you, the patient, decide. Treated my back, shoulder and knee. When I needed a surgical consult, he didn't ram his partners down my throat. He offered them and others, fairly and objectively.

I have used Dr Sama for 9 years and he is great Doctor. He is not in a rush to do surgery like others. He tries to treat the injury with other options before cutting. I never feel rushed at appointments and he takes his time examining and discussing treatment options. I highly recommend Dr Sama.

All I have to say is WOW! Everyone that works here is amazing and so nice! My doctor was making everything and inconvenience with not getting my referral here in time but Melissa (who works at the front desk) is lovely! She was so helpful! When going to see Dr. Sama his assistant Nate came in first and he was so wonderful as well! Before examining me he asked if I was okay and comfortable before touching me. EXCELLENT is an understatement when describing Dr. Sama and his staff! Several years ago, my elderly Mom shattered her femur. Dr. Sama and Joe, his PA expertly pieced her back together. They are the sole reason that she was able to continue to live independently at 93! Recently, she fell again, this time breaking her wrist. Once again, we received wonderful care. I also receive treatment for knee osteoarthritis. BEST MEDICAL CARE, CARING, PROMPT... No room here to adequately describe him!

Simply put, there is no better Orthopedic Surgeon than Nic Sama. He has been my routine Orthopedic doc for 3 years, and no matter how minor or serious the affliction, he ALWAYS gave me his best. Then tragedy stuck and I was seriously injured. Dr Sama cared for me with the same level of kindness and compassion I had come to expect, this time coupled with serious surgical skills. If you need an Orthopedic Surgeon your search is over.

Dr. Sama removed a metal plate and 15 screws from my tibia after I broke it skiing. He made sure it was completely healed before he'd operate and then I was up walking almost immediately afterwards. Great office and dr!

DR. SAMA DID MY RIGHT KNEE A COUPLE YEARS BACK AFTER I WAS TOLD BY OTHER DOCTORS THEY COULDN'T DO IT, BUT I KNEW IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE UNKNOWN. BUT DR. SAMA DID NOT HESITATE TO SAY YES! THIS MAN GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER RUN AGAIN, BUT THANKS TO HIM I AM RUNNING AGAIN.

I often reflect and ask myself why I was so fortunate to have been referred to him. He is clearly a patient first doctor. Spends time with you and clearly explains the issues and alternative treatments. He did 1 surgery on me. Very attentive before and afterwards. And more to come. I will choose him without hesitation and with full confidence. And he makes himself accessable. Staff is very good with minimal wait time.

He is a fabulous orthopedist!????

Dr Sama is the absolute, by far, BEST physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is patient and kind and intelligent and helpful and personable... just to name a few of his great qualities! He’s a great surgeon and I recommend him to anyone I know who needs orthopedic care.

Kind, patient, wonderful bedside manner. We were blessed that Dr Sama was our surgeon when my elderly mother fell and crushed her elbow. He explained everything to us in a manner that we could understand & took the time needed to assure my mother what needed to be done for her to have use of her arm again. Surgery included a plate & 9 screws. The nursing staff in the trauma unit at Wellington Hospital were excellent & highly praised Dr Sama. They treated his patients with the same care he did

Dr. Sama is a caring and top notch physician. Very knowledgeable and takes time to know you as a patient. He also educates his patients which is very rare these days! You can’t go wrong with him! He’s phenomenal!

Wonderful doctor. Wonderful person. Very compassionate and caring plus he is up to date on current treatments. Went in for severe leg pain and he was the only Dr. that's assessment was complete enough to discover I had diminished pulses in the leg that was causing me pain that ended up being an arterial clot. Refer him to all my friends and would not go to anyone else.

Love Dr Sama, and his PA- they are great!. The rest of the staff is rude or preoccupied with personal conversations. It is hard to get an appointment. It is not east to contact the office!!

Feeling blessed that I found him. I have been to between 8 to 10 doctors before I found the one that could actually help me. I thought I had sciatic problems however Dr. Sama showed me that it was both, sciatic and I was bone on bone at hip. He has been giving me injections in my hip that has helped tremendously with the pain.

This doctor is incredible. He saw my bf with a broken leg immediately and had a care plan that worked for him. Very personable and professional. 5 stars!

Incredible Orthopedic Surgeon! He provides excellent care, his work is superb. His patient care is unlike most doctors. You leave knowing what is going on , how to treat it, unless like other doctors he takes his time explaining things to make sure you understand every aspect. Wouldn't go any where else!

I've never had a better experience at a specialists office. Was taken right on time. Saw the P.A. briefly then Dr. Sama. He took the time to go over all my films and gave me a complete explanation of what was going on. He then gave me a coarse of action we are going to follow. Thank you Dr. Sama and staff for a great experience.

The experience I had in seeing Dr. Sama today was outstanding. I got the feeling he was speaking to me as if I was his brother, with real compassion and attention on getting all my concerns answered. I am grateful for his expertise. He provided lots of intelligent insight into what was going on with my knees. I've had two hip surgeries with Dr Sama. He explains everything, super kind,and always in a very cheerful mood. he knows what he's doing he has the latest updated Equipment and his staff is wonderful and it all comes with a hug. The longest I ever we waited at his office was 10 minutes to see him usually it's within five minutes.

Today I met with Dr Sama He was knowledgeable, honest, sensitive and caring and I believe his diagnosis was direct and to the point. I am weighing my options and will see him again

Can't get in to see him! Saw him on the first visit, when referred by the hospital, never saw him again! Every time I called, they scheduled the PA (who is a lovely guy, but not an orthopedic surgeon!) When I would insist I wanted to see Sama, I was told it would be weeks! So, my most serious injuries went undiagnosed for months and months, as I was bitterly complaining and continued begging for further diagnostics, finally diagnosed by others, not this office!

Dr Sama is a sensitive and caring surgeon who is honest and easy to talk to. His demeanor is courteous as well as professional. He did an excellent job repairing my fractured elbow and the follow up care has been excellent. His office is efficient and the PA's are great. I am grateful for his care.
