A great teacher, cares deeply for the elderly patient. Is fair to employees. Puts his heart into whatever he is doing. I used to work for him and found him to be not only well educated, but caring.

I work for long term care pharmacy and this particular physician does not care what end of life drugs he is prescribing. He is very short with the pharmacists and staff at nursing homes. He never knows the patient or the order and says 'whatever the nurse says'. He is usually in his car and does not know his DEA number or fax number. I find him personally rude and unapproachable.
