I was with Dr. Troy for a couple of years and had many great experiences until recently. It’s very hard to schedule appointments and you feel rushed when you do have an appointment. I was told by a nurse in the office that this is “the new normal “. That’s when I decided to switch doctors.

Dr. Troy is the best primary doctor there is. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue. Dr. Troy is very knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly along with everyone else in the office. I highly recommend.

Dr. Troy is a very knowledgeable and kind hearted doctor. She is quick to respond to lab results and messages. Her nurse Jessica is such a sweet heart! I would highly recommend Dr. Troy if you are looking for a new PCP.

I was really disappointed by this doctor. The reviews for her were great, but all my visits with her were incredibly rushed. She would come in, talk for a few minutes, and run out the door. She did not take the time to explain things such as why certain medications were being prescribed or what was included in certain tests that were being run. She seemed more interested in getting money from me and my insurance company than building patient relationships. I was really disappointed by this doctor. Would give zero if possible. Always feel rushed, as if she's trying to get you out the door as quickly as possible. And good luck with the billing. You will get nickle and dimed on EVERYTHING. Basic blood or urine tests and things you think you be covered as preventative means you pay. Plus she doesn't explain anything, especially if it comes to billing. All other doctor's I have had have made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through everything from explaining a medical conditioning to "this treatment may not be covered, so think about it". She does not do either. I only needed a new doctor because my old one retired. This was a terrible choice. Ignore the reviews and look elsewhere! Would give zero if possible. Dr. Troy is a very nice and professional physician. Always on time, and ages you feel at ease. I have recommended her to friends who are looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Troy listens, are rare trait in doctors these days.. And, most importantly, she will discuss things through if you don't agree with her. I have had nothing but kind treatment from her (and I've seen many doctors who were not kind). Most importantly, she treats me as an equal partner in my healthcare decisions.

Can't speak highly enough about Dr. Troy. She has been my family Doctor for about 8 years. That includes my husband and three kids as well. The entire family has been more than happy and comfortable with the services and care provided by her and her staff. Dr. Troy has been our family doctor for about three years now. I have recommended her to friends and family members. Her office is new (new-feeling I guess? I'm not sure when it was built) and clean. My husband and I both see her, and she always has convenient appointments, even with him working shifts. I like that her building is easy to get in and out of and park. The most important part though, is Dr. Troy herself. She is very kind and genuine. She takes the time with you and listens. Today was my first visit with Dr. Troy. I am new to the area and needed a general practitioner. Also, I had not had a family doctor in a long time, just my OB/GYN as I am a cancer survivor. Dr.Troy and her medical assistant, Jen, were awesome. I felt completely at ease, and Dr. Troy was very thorough. She is also pleasant and friendly, unlike some doctors who are just totally clinical with no bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Troy, and she will be my family physician from now on!
