Dr Siva is a very good neurologist and I highly reccomend him. Hes totally professional and compassionate. That's hard to find these days. I've found that everyone I and my husband have seen through Mercy Health/Lourdes are fine Doctors and Nurses.

Dr Siva has been my Dr for a while now and through it all begining til now he has never changed his bedside manner he has always been wonderful. Every dr I've ever known has always got tired of patients and lost their respect for patients and that is one thing Dr. Siva has kept was his beautiful heart.

He was very interested in my child’s problem. He took great psi to do a very thorough exam. He was able to get to the bottom of her problem without unnecessary tests. My daughter felt he was nice and was very comfortable with him. Excellent Dr!

I've been seeing Dr. Siva for many years now. Out of the many drs I saw before him, he was the only one who was able to diagnose me. However he explained that this would be a problem for the rest of my life and theres not much that could be done other than continuing to see him as I have done for the last 8 years. Even though my condition has gotten worse seeing Dr. Siva gave me as close to a normal life as someone like me can have. I owe the last few years of my life to him as I was able to do things that for me were once impossible and I placed a trust in him I had never in any other doctor. But then one day he stopped seeing me as a patient for reasons but there was nothing I did to warrant this, I was sent a message explaining that he would no longer see me, to contact them if I had any questions, I obviously had questions and asked multiple questions about why this had happened then after a few days of no response I asked for advice on what I should do now since he had me on a medication that without wouldnt just mean I am left to spend every minute of my life in pain and it be difficult for me to walk but having been on this medication for many years not having this makes me deathly sick to stop taking abruptly. But as it turns out after 8 years of seeing him thinking he cared about me as a person and understood how important it was for me to have some assemblice of a normal life and how important he was in me having a life every question I had for why i could no longer see him along with the questions I asked about what I should do now that I can no longer see him to if there was another dr he could refer me to, have ALL went unanswered. A drs moto is to do no harm yet the harm he has caused me and what he has taken away from me Idk that I'll ever be able to understand or deal with much less wrap my mind around the fact that he just tossed me away like garbage for no reason and didnt care at all what would happen to me as a result of doing so, not even enough to explain his decision or what I would need to do to survive the result of his decision. I have recommended him so many times over the years but cannot recommend him to anyone after the experience I've had. My trust in drs was already very thin after my experience with Dr. Siva idk that I'll ever be able to trust a dr again. I've been seeing Dr. Siva for many years now. He was one dr. That in paducah really helped get us to where we need to be he cares about his patient and a lot more dr. In paducah need to follow in his footsteps

Dr. Siva and his staff are awesome. I believe he cares about my quality of life and strive to help me reach my health goals. The office has the absolute best reminder system anywhere. Thank you, Dr. Siva for treating me with respect and kindness. You rock.

I went to Dr. Siva for a first time appt & have no intention of going back. He interrupted me every single time I tried to answer a question he asked, told me “that’s weird” multiple times to things I said that are actually very common in epilepsy, & rushed through the appointment so much that he barely gave me more than a second to answer before he asked questions again. I really can’t say how qualified he with one visit but from my experience I don’t trust him with my care. Very uncomfortable!

Dr Siva is a Very Caring and Amazing Doctor. He always take time to sit down and talk with me , he wants to know what is going on in my life, and with my health. I have recommended him to so many people, and his Staff are the Best. I have never had one bad experience there at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Siva's for almost 6 years. He is genuinely concerned about my medical care. He goes above and beyond and actually listens at each appointment. The staff at Mercy Neurology have always been kind and efficient. I have referred people to him and they were just as satisfied with the standard of care.

Staff is negligent. Waited 3 weeks for an MRI pre-cert and only got it done then because 6 phone calls requesting it were made over 2 days. Nicole, Danielle, and Michaela were rude to my wife to the point of hanging up on her. Even the Anthem rep we spoke to when checking on the pre-cert said the staff were "pathetic" to be so slow in calling for the pre-cert. Office also LOST all records from initial nerve conductivity test when they converted to digital files. "Inefficient" is another word to describe staff. I have an appointment with my neurologist in two weeks and I won't have the MRI done until the day AFTER the appointment! Staff is negligent. Staff is rude and inept. Would not talk over the phone - would only leave messages. Hung up on my wife multiple times. Lost complete file when computerizing files, so there is no record of my initial visit last year. Took 3 weeks to pre-cert an MRI and only did it then because of repeated calls by both me and my wife. Dr. Siva didn't know what was wrong....
